While I had 2 previous decent stays here in the recent past, May 2022 was clearly not their month. The breakfast and cleaning staff were excellent as always. They put me in the Hotel Golden City next door and the room was complete garbage. After they made a mistake on my reservation, I was literally kicked out while packing for my next day's exit. The Office staff were rude, mean, and completely incompetent. They later sent me an email asking me to return to the hotel 90 minutes after departure as they offered a room for 1/3 of the weekly price I had already paid. total garbage.

Boende för bekvämlighet
Allt var till vår belåtenhet. Kvinnan i receptionen kunde svara på alla frågor, helt fantastiskt,
och var till stor hjälp. Vi återkommer gärna. Spårvagnar direkt utanför hotellet. Nära till restauranger i alla smakriktningar.

Great hotel, well situated and mainly friendly staff (apart from the St. Major at breakfast). Good choice at breakfast and GF bread issued via ticket. The rooms overlook a very busy road with the trams but very clean - bed comfy - fridge & microwave - kettle. Towels on the small side but changed every day. For what we paid it’s a good budget hotel with easy access to all the sights.
