The hotel is 9 km from the center. There is a tram stop nearby, but if there are more than 2 people, a taxi is more profitable. Upon arrival, the room was not very clean (the floor had not been vacuumed). The carpeting has long been due for replacement, worn out, dirty, old. The reception staff is qualified and polite - this is a big plus.
Breakfast is monotonous and very cold. Therefore, cold food did not evoke much appetite. The porridge is very sweet.
We would not return to this hotel a second time.

Hotel very clean and well presented . Location was good with local buses and trams on the doorstep. Over 60s. Travel free. Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful with local knowledge and tips. The breakfasts were very good with a wide range of choice. Mainly continental but with a hot option available. Definitely recommend this hotel. A couple of restaurants within easy walking distance, the Italian II giordino and Trezor were both excellent. We found the locals very friendly and spoke some English which was a help Overall a pleasant short break

Super cold room, instead queen bed 2 single and one double bed, next room was 1 hour hotel room( escort Servis),
Another guest were making noise( like moving furniture) while night
Breakfast- dry old cakes, salats,….

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at this hotel. The breakfasts could only be classed as outstanding and catered for all needs. The reception staff provided anything that was needed, special thanks to Zarina, who was so helpful with a problem we had.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights whilst on our visit to Prague. A good hotel and a comfy stay. Pros: -great breakfast and coffee! -clean rooms -lovely staff -cozy, warm & welcoming Cons: -no kettle/tea making facilities in the rooms -small rooms -20 mins from the centre of Prague - although just a 7 minute walk to the tram stop which you can jump on a direct line straight to the centre for £1 each, From a first impression, this hotel can look a little rustic and due to the dark wood, it doesn’t photograph the best! But it really grew on us as our stay went on.
