Everything is good, but it's hard to find and parking is tight. If you go there later, there may be no parking space. I like the hotel's buffet breakfast the most, it's great

The location is about 30 minutes' walk from the old town. The room is large and the facilities are a bit old but very clean.

Felt a little disappointed in our stay because we booked a monastery view room after seeing the photos with clear access to an outdoor shared terrace, but learned that not all monastery view rooms have access…which is not made clear on the website. It felt like a bait and switch. The room was a bit warm for us with no ability to adjust the temperature settings. Location was great, but I have stayed at other hotels in close proximity with more comfortable rooms considering temperature and space. We chose this one with a vision of evenings on the terrace overlooking the gardens and monastery and didn’t get to realize that…so we will probably choose another option in the future. Breakfast was outstanding and best I’ve had in a Prague hotel, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The bartender was fabulous and we enjoyed the drinks menu. Overall- great location, service, and food- but the rooms are just average and don’t justify the premium price.

I arrived at the hotel on the afternoon of Friday 9th may 2025. Although the Agoda website points out that at the hotel the Italian language is spoken, no one speaks Italian, not even at the reception. The reception desk was not busy, but the receptionist seemed hasty and uncourteous. Among other things, the receptionist did not provide any information about the breakfast times and the room in which it was served. The receptionist asked me how I wanted to pay and when I told her that I wanted to use my card, she replied – annoyed - that it was the same for her. At the time of payment, I was charged a higher price than the one quoted on the Agoda platform website. I was not even issued the invoice which I had to request expressly the next day, nor was I given any indication about the floor where the room was located, nor where was the elevator. In the days before my departure, I sent an email to the hotel to get some information, but the reply email came while I was already flying to Prague. In my room there was no courtesy kit in the bathroom, nor a pair of slippers, so I had to ask specifically for a pair of them at the reception. I also asked for some black coffee bags because in my room there were only macchiato sachets, but I could not get them. In the bathroom, moreover, on the wall where the bathtub was placed, a hair was attached to the tiles. To enter the bathroom it was necessary to climb a step that had been illogically positioned and which, if not seen, would certainly caused the unfortunate guest to stumble and fall. The room was located on the top floor, for which the cubature was insufficient because part of the room was occupied by the roof with a steep slope. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was in keeping with the hotel. However, it was difficult to regulate the room temperature. The shower also had a strange operating mechanism which, as it was explained to me at the reception, necessarily required the simultaneous opening of hot and cold water at the same time. During the whole stay, I didn't always get a response to my greetings but I was still rewarded with a few frozen smiles. Sometimes, the reception was unattended and to my requests at the hotel bar I was looked at with astonishment and annoyance, especially from an employee busy talking to the bartender. The day after check-in, the bath mat and the used towels, placed on the floor, were not replaced and I was forced to specifically ask for them at the reception. I was also forced to ask for cotton buds, given the absence of the courtesy kit which, however, the lady in charge of the floor promptly procured for me. Furthermore, a valid equipment in the room was the presence of a safety latch. I must also point out the kindness of one of the receptionists who - on 10th may - lent me his personal charger with extreme courtesy. The breakfast was quite extensive and full of sweet and savoury products as well as fresh fruit and smoothies. It is, obviously, not a 4 and a
