First of all, the pros: this is, of course, the location. All the sights, restaurants, bars, and a tram stop are within walking distance. A beautiful building, a beautiful entrance. There are storage lockers for a day, it is very convenient to leave your suitcases after checkout if your flight is late. On the -1 floor there is an ironing room and a self-service laundry. The room is beautiful, well-renovated, I had a kitchen and there was absolutely everything you need. A very comfortable bed, pillows, and blankets. I slept well every night. A separate bonus is the earplugs that were next to the bed. Thank you for that. Of the cons, the safe in my room did not work and no one ever fixed it, they only fed me with promises that they would do it. Then I found out from the cleaning lady that the safe was broken and the management company was initially aware of it, it is very ugly to deceive like that, in general, of all my trips this is the worst service. There are reviews that midges fly in the bathroom. I had them too, they flew out of the sink, I found only one way out - to plug the drain so that they don't appear. Very mixed impressions from the trip, I don't even know if I'll stay there again, I'm not sure about that.

Great location. You can walk to most of the main attractions. Or you can take the tram - the stop is nearby. The first days it was cold in the room, but I did not figure out how the air conditioner works - when I turned it on for heating, cold air came out, but I had to wait. I did not like the condition of the balcony. It was dirty and dusty, I could not use it. Breakfast is served in a cafe, which is a 7-minute walk away. Delicious food and coffee, but it opens only at 8 am. But you can have breakfast until 5 pm. Very convenient.

Bien situé à quelques minutes à pied ou deux arrêts de tram du centre pour être au calme. Grande chambre spacieuse avec cafetière et thé, des bouteilles d'eau et même deux bières et deux cocas offerts. Accueil via des codes. Tout est électronique. De grands casiers pour laisser sa valise le dernier jour. Lit grand et confortable. Nous avons très bien dormi. Chambre et hôtel calme. Plusieurs boulangeries ou cafés dans le coin pour prendre un petit déjeuner.

Muy bonito los apartamentos con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Recomendaria tener una tostadora en los apartamentos.
