It's very close to the central station and the location is good. I am very satisfied with this very pretty accommodation. I will come here again next time

The location is great, very close to the train station, and it's only about a 20-minute walk to the lively city center and the bridge. The room is clean and comfortable, and overall good, similar to the photos. There are several stairs at the main entrance of the hotel, so be careful if you are carrying large luggage. The weather is neither hot nor cold, but the hotel does not have air conditioning and constant temperature, only heating. The windows have no grilles, so air circulation is allowed, but I am afraid it is not safe. No bluetooth music connection and no TV to watch, which was a bit strange.

The hotel is still very new. Very good.

The room and the overall design of the hotel are very artistic. The location is excellent, very close to the transportation hub Prague Railway Station.

We stayed at the Falkensteiner Hotel for 3 nights and had a normal double room. First the positives: The breakfast is really good and in addition to the buffet, fresh things such as omelettes, porige & co are served to order. There could be a little more vegan choice at the buffet. Apart from a humus and alternative milk there wasn't much. This does not suit a modern young hotel. Nevertheless, one can say that the breakfast is fresh, lovingly and sufficiently richly designed. The staff at breakfast is also very friendly and attentive! However, what we have never experienced is that the buffet closes on time and everything is cleared away immediately. It's uncomfortable and doesn't fit in with an upscale hotel. Now for the negatives: overall we were not happy with our stay. The Lobby & Bar are modern and stylishly designed. The elevators are dated and the hallways look more like a motel. The rooms are small (but not bad for us!) However, there are also some lovely details that you would expect in a 5 star hotel. The coffee maker is a bit old and calcified, there is no kettle but tea making facilities which is a bit questionable. However, the worst was the service at the lobby and the cleaners!! During our stay we always had to deal with the same gentleman in the lobby who was unfriendly and unsympathetic. One day after cleaning our room we were left without toilet paper and without a single towel! We brought this to the attention of the staff and received a slightly annoyed reaction instead of an apology! Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right in this hotel and we have had better experiences with 5 and 4 star hotels in Prague.
