The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Charles Bridge and in a very quiet area on Kampa Island. Restaurants and pubs with a good atmosphere are nearby, and the area is safe day and night. Parking is available nearby if necessary. The Premium Canopy Room is very spacious and has great views. The hotel doesn't have a 24-hour reception, but it wasn't a problem. A welcome gift and small snacks and drinks were available every afternoon in the lounge next to reception. One drawback is that there's no air conditioning, which is something to keep in mind if you're visiting during the hot summer. During our stay, we were greeted by Bigi, who was very friendly and attentive.

I booked the hotel when I saw it was going to be renovated in 2024, because I thought new hotels were generally better. I didn't expect it to be old after I got there. I could still tolerate it until I lay down for a while, but I found a lot of bugs. Then I looked carefully and found that there were bugs all over the ceiling. I had intensive phobia. I looked carefully and found that there were dead bugs on the bed. I wanted to find the front desk, but there was no front desk at all in this hotel at night. I barely fell asleep when the bugs stopped during the day. I didn't have the energy to play the next day and went directly to the airport. In short, this hotel ruined my trip to Prague.
