The hotel’s location is excellent, situated close to major attractions like the Charles Bridge, making it convenient for sightseeing. Another plus is the availability of a lift, which is very helpful if you’re carrying heavy luggage.
However, the amenities are quite basic. While the bedsheets and towels were clean, the room lacked an air conditioner, making it uncomfortably hot during summer and difficult to sleep well. A fan was provided, but it wasn’t enough to combat the heat. Opening the window was an option, but since the room faced the street, outside noise became an issue.
Additionally, the room was missing some standard hotel essentials like a kettle, slippers, toothpaste, and a toothbrush. The provided shampoo and shower gel (a 2-in-1 product) were very watery—almost diluted—and when combined with the hard tap water, it didn’t lather well, making showers less enjoyable.
Overall, the stay was decent for the location, but the lack of amenities and comfort might be a drawback.

Good location and good price. Chose a room for 3 people which would be larger. We got a large room with 2 double beds. Quite noisy. Heard the neighbors who just talked normally through the walls. The breakfast was a bit so-so, quite simple. However, would happily come back here and highly recommended.

Because the flight was delayed for two hours, we arrived at the hotel at 11 o'clock in the evening. When we entered the room, we found that there was nothing except towels, including toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, and bottled water. The facilities were worse than those of ordinary European hotels. I went downstairs to ask the guy at the front desk, and he told me that it was available at the convenience store across the street. The room I stayed in had a bedside table on one side of the bed, but no lamp or plug, and a lamp and plug on the other side of the bed, but no bedside table. In addition, the two-in-one shampoo and shower gel provided in the bathroom was very thin, as if it was filled with a lot of water, and the quality was very poor. The front desk service is OK, but not very enthusiastic. Not much choice for breakfast, pretty much the same every day.
