We booked at very short notice (1 hour) due to a flight cancellation. Michal immediately called us to check our arrival time and was waiting to greet us when we arrived. He was incredibly helpful at check in giving us lots of helpful tips about the locality and transport. The apartment itself was fantastic. Impeccably furnished, light and airy and with plenty of room for a family of 4. The location is superb - right nest to the IP Pavlova Metro and tram stop and 5 minutes walk from the National Museum. One thing that really made a difference was the hospitality from Michal - he was incredibly friendly and helpful, even arranging fresh fruit for biscuits for us.

L'appartamento pulitissimo e comodo, veniva pulito tutti i giorni come in Hotel. A ridosso del centro storico, 20 min a piedi dall'orologio, ma in una zona servitissima sia da mezzi di trasporto che da ottimi ristoranti e pasticcerie per la colazione. Michal gentilissimo e molto presente per consigli ed indicazioni. La sera dell'ultimo dell'anno ci ha fatto trovare anche spumante e cioccolatini .....mentre i giorni precedenti frutta e biscotti.... Bu kadar güzel bir konum, bu kadar geniş Ve TEMIZ bir daire bence şehirde başka yok:) Girişten itibaren bizimle ilgilenen ve her konuda yardımcı olan Mr Michal e tesekkurler. Şehirde gezecegimiz yerleri, hangi tranvaya bineceğimiz, en iyi local restaurantlar neresi herseyi usanmadan tek tek tek haritada işaretleyerek anlattı.hatta cekce kisa bir sozluk bile hediye etti:)) Otel metro ve tranvay/otobus duragina 1 dakika sadece! Galiba pragda gitmedigimiz yer kalmadi. Yoruldukca otele ugradik ve geri ciktik. Kücük noel pazari 3-4 dakika sadece. Eger geldiginizde gunluk sehir bileti aliyorsaniz(5€) heryere cok yakinsiniz. Biz oteli sevdik. Ailece kaldik. Avm , international restaurantlar vb hersey 2-3 dakika mesafede. Ayrica odaya gelen tüm ikramlar icin ayrica tesekkurler!:) tekrar gorusmek dilegiyle.MUKEMMELSINIZ🫶🏻

Lugar realmente limpio, acogedor y de buena distribución de espacios que además cuenta con una excelente atención de parte del administrador quien te apoya en cualquier duda y petición. Nos prepararon juguetes, tapete de juego, cuna y toallas para niños lo cual se agradece bastante. Se encuentra relativamente céntrico de las zonas turísticas y ademas se encuentra cerca de una parada de autobús y tren que te pueden llevar a cualquier lugar de interés. Y por el costo, será difícil que puedas encontrar algo remotamente parecido.

Good location. This is all good about the apartment and the staff. Reasons: Loud music 24/7, very poor cleaning service, really dirty carpets that smell awfully, honestly strange reception guy. Not recommended at all of you want to have a calm stage in Prague.

Michal was very kind and made us feel so good. The room was very clean, included everything we needed and they even thought about the kids and prepared special kids towels for them with nice figures. The location is very good because it's close to the public transportation and also by walk to main attractions. We totally recommend staying here!

Slawik Zh5/5vor 6 Minuten auf  Google ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wir hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im Residence Vocelova! Schon beim Betreten des Hotels spürte wir die warme und einladende Atmosphäre. Die Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Check-in zu einem reibungslosen Erlebnis machte. Unser Zimmer war sehr sehr sauber, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt! Man erreicht die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in kürzester Zeit, und es gibt zahlreiche gemütliche Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Alles in allem können wir das Residence Vocelova jedem empfehlen, der eine komfortable und angenehme Unterkunft sucht. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt!

Séjour en famille à 4 adultes. La team de Michal et Maximilian est réactive et prévenante avec des marques d'attention. Appartement agréable. Bagagerie possible.
