The room is ok even though all the wooden elements look old but well maintained. The location is also ok near the MRT. The breakfast menu is also ok.

Great stay in Prague, hotel is well served (metro B, tram...) with lots of small shops nearby (Albert...), overall everything was fine! Very satisfied :)

The hotel is close to the subway station and the tram takes about 5 minutes to go to the old city. There are supermarkets and no other restaurants near the 6 stations. The hotel is relatively old. Not recommended to stay.

The air conditioner is broken, the room is very cold, and it has not been repaired. The breakfast is average. There is nothing that a four-star hotel should have. There is no paper towel in the bathroom.

Stopover on a cycling holiday. Bike could be in garage. This was very cramped Max 6 bikes and if you had peg all bikes had to be taken out before you could get to your own bike. Room is stuffy and if you are on the road side then a lot of noise pollution. Hotel is not suitable for less disabled. Breakfast is fine. Many guests come by bike and are then in transit

Zuerst das Positive: Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 15 Stock mit einem tollen Ausblick über Prag. Das war’s aber schon. Negativ fiel auf: Ein total überfordertes Personal an der Rezeption, Zimmerpersonal, dass am Sonntagmorgen ab 7:00 Uhr soviel Krach auf dem Flur macht, dass an ein Ausschlafen nicht zu denken ist. Der Frühstücksraum hat Mensa-Charme. Auf Tischdecken wurde verzichtet. Zwei von drei Kaffeeautomaten haben nur Instantkaffee.

bien pour visiter Prague
Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel à 4 (deux chambres au 18ème étage) calme et confort assurés.un problème les deux derniers jours où le ménage n'a pas été assuré. Nous avons dû réclamer au desk. Les 4 étoiles de cet hôtel sont très généreuses car on ne trouve pas dans les chambres les petites attentions, (shampoing, ...) le bloc douche n'est vraiment pas grand... Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais pas génial surtout si on reste plusieurs jours. Vous n'y trouverez pas de viennoiseries et les gâteaux proposés sont vraiment très secs, les jus de fruits insipides et pour le salé, saucisses œufs durs ou omelette le tout de qualité moyenne mais en quantité suffisante. Malgré tout, séjour agréable avec du personnel serviable dans un hôtel à 5min à pied du métro et à 15 min du centre ville. Ne pas y rester trop longtemps.
