The room is ok even though all the wooden elements look old but well maintained. The location is also ok near the MRT. The breakfast menu is also ok.

Great stay in Prague, hotel is well served (metro B, tram...) with lots of small shops nearby (Albert...), overall everything was fine! Very satisfied :)

The hotel is close to the subway station and the tram takes about 5 minutes to go to the old city. There are supermarkets and no other restaurants near the 6 stations. The hotel is relatively old. Not recommended to stay.

The air conditioner is broken, the room is very cold, and it has not been repaired. The breakfast is average. There is nothing that a four-star hotel should have. There is no paper towel in the bathroom.

Gutes preiswertes Hotel Altstadt mit Metro sehr gut erreichbar. Viele Gruppen im Hotel. Dann kann es beim Frühstück mal Platzprobleme geben. Personal sehr freundlich.

Terrible experience can’t believe this hotel is rated as 4 starts as its not even 1 start category . Rudeness of employees , dirtiness of rooms (bed bugs, blood, hair ) and baths , smell tobacco and joints (*********) all over the place . Strongly recommend not to go there. After the experience will submit a formal complain to Prague Tourism Office so a request for Sanity inspection to the Government Office (Ministerstvo zdravotnictví)
