Second stay. The location is very good. It is right next to the station and it takes only 10 minutes to walk to Charles Bridge and other attractions.

Great location. Hotel is in the middle of the city center. Easy access to transportation. Good breakfast. Parking is not within the hotel but was about 10 minutes walk. Staff was very friendly and very helpful

We stayed here last week, the hotel is very clean, our room had a lovely comfortable bed and the shower was amazing, there is coffee making facilities in the room but as a tea drinker there wasn’t this option, there is a mini bar which we only used to cool our drinks. The staff are super friendly, the lady even posted my postcards for me, they can’t do enough for you. We were on the fourth floor and the view was great, overlooking the tram stop. Great stay, thank you to the staff.

Love the hotel except for the fact people not room were closing and opening doors around 3 am, also fixing the locks gets while I was sleeping around 9 am came from av15 hours trip besides that excellent exactly like the pictures

Horrible experience.
The hotel looked like on the photos maybe 15 years ago. Now it's poorly maintained and the staff act as they were doing me a favor for taking care of me. Pathetic. Breakfast is horrible, everyday the same "selection". The hotel is not worth the money you need to spend for it. On top of that, the worst thing was that the shower was stuck and it flooded everyday half of my room. Nobody took care of that during my 3 night stay. Even though I was staying on the 5th floor at 1 am one could here every single tram and car going around. Windows are not soundproof because they are old.

Cet hotel est bien situé car vous pouvez tout faire à pieds car il est à coté du centre de la nouvellle ville , environ 10 minutes de marche. Sinon ,un arret de tram est juste en face de l' hotel. Vous pouvez egalement vous rendre à l' aeroport en utilisant le tram sans souci. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien décorées . Il vous faut demander une chambre donnant sur la cour interieure car celles donnant sur la rue sont bruyantes avec le tram qui passe en bas entrainant des vibrations aux fenetres et meme jusquz dans la chambre . Le petit dejeuner est varié il y en a pour tous les gouts . Le personnel de service en salle le matin neanmoins pourrait dire bonjour aux clients car les deux dames sont discretes certes mais la politesse reste de mise dans l' hotellerie ou la restauration.Un effort est donc à faire de leur part. Pour le personnel qui est à l' accueil : rien à redire , politesse et ils donnent des conseils sur les monuments et quartiers à visiter à l'aide d' un plan.
