1/訂酒店時介紹的私人停車場，酒店內停車。需要預約。因此訂酒店時要求了SUV的停車位，並沒有得到任何回覆。到達後發現酒店其實沒有車位，路邊劃藍色線的公共區域才可以停。酒店接待人員淡淡應對毫無服務的樣子。幸運的是在附近藍色區域找到車位，需要自己上停車官網登記停車的街名、車牌後付錢。如果付了一天的錢，中途需要離開。除非還能在同一街道上找到位置，否則另計開始。

5/浴缸非常滑又小，轉身十分困難又要照顧儘量不把水弄出缸外。為此我家人在浴缸裏摔了一覺，萬幸沒有碰到頭，但腳部關節和髖關節受傷影響了行動。
完全差評，涉及虛假銷售。要求賠款並道歉。

I booked it because of the location and view, but it was under construction so they had covered it up, the windows were broken so there was no ventilation, and they said they would fix it but they didn't come for 3 days. It was my first time in Eastern Europe so I was confused. The hotel was unfriendly.
Tourist attractions were okay, but people were friendly. There were no pickpockets or security issues on the street~
I called an Uber to go to the airport but they asked for more money because there might not be any customers on the way back, so I bargained for about 10,000 won and it was my first time experiencing a tourist rip-off. Very Russian!!!!

A gorgeous hotel, old, but very clean, well-kept. There were wonderful breakfasts, the service of the staff is at a height beyond all praise!!! This hotel has its own restaurant on the territory - the food is very tasty, the beer is fresh, the friendly staff raises the mood! The location is 10000000% excellent, right on the Charles Bridge, in the very center of the most beautiful sights, within walking distance there is everything you need from souvenirs to supermarkets. A huge number of cafes, restaurants around!! I highly recommend this hotel! I would like to come back to it again!

Hotel con encanto y super bien situado. La habitación que me tocó no tenia ninguna vista, daba a una especie de patio o callejon interior. Habitación amplia a la qual se le podría sacar mas partido, pero bien en general. La cama muy cómoda. El desayuno a mi gusto era bueno y variado. El trato con el personal fue correcto. Se debe tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor.

The Room they assigned us should be a supply or Janitor closet not a room for Guests. The view was a dirty wall with a neighboring air conditioner and bird poop. It felt like we were staying in a basement. The room had a stench was stuffy. It had an open electrical socket sticking out of the wall, and a black extension cord for charging personal Devices. The TV was so small it was like watching TV on your cellphone with NO real programing. The bed frame was damaged with a peeling leather surface. The pillows were lumpy flat and uncomfortable. Very noisy all night since it's near a bridge. When I booked this room they NEVER showed THIS room on their website very deceptive! Past reviews shows this deception is ongoing. Being adjacent to a Historic bridge is not an excuse to cheat and lie to the Traveling Public.
