Ring the bell and they'll direct you to a side door so you don't have to use the stairs.

Очень шикарное расположение - в ста метрах от Карлова моста. Поверьте, действительно, очень близко от всех достопримечательностей. Отличные сытные завтраки. Возможно, не сильно разнообразные, но за три дня не надоели нисколько. Номер большой (были в делюксе), убирают каждый день. На ресепшене русскоговорящий персонал. В целом очень довольны. Рекомендую!

Before my trip, I wrote and requested a comfortable and quiet room. When I arrived, they gave me one on the top floor and the ceiling was the roof, which made the room smaller. It was not pleasant or comfortable. I asked for a room change, but I had to pay the difference and it was only for the last 2 days of my stay, so I didn't do it.

The location is great, 3 minutes walking distance to Charles Bridge. The rooms are big and very clean. I definitely recommend it👍

The location is excellent, right near the Charles Bridge and the Old Town, and most attractions can be reached on foot. The room is large and clean, and the bathroom is also large. The breakfast variety is not particularly rich, but fortunately a small part of the dishes are updated every day. The only drawback is that there is a staircase as soon as you enter the door, which may not be convenient for carrying a large suitcase (but there is an elevator through a small door next to it). In addition, our room is next to the front desk, and it feels a bit strange every time I open the door to go in and out, but everything else is fine.
