The hotel check-in was a bit slow, the restaurant on the first floor tasted good but might not suit our taste, the hotel entrance was a bit small and easy to miss.

Enjoyed my stay at the Mandarin. Location is fantastic. Close to Charles bridge and the Castle. A mile from the center of old town. Service is warm and impeccable. Jay at checkin and Jan (Yan) at the Monastic, Tomas the concierge all made the stay feel at home. Had two meals at the Monastic and they were excellent. Nice and well furnished room, high ceilings. Only drawback was a lack of view. Try to get a room facing the inside courtyard.

Mandarin Orientale are always well located and have great service The MO Prague makes no exception and this was our second stay We had a 2 bed penthouse suite which had amazing rooftop views and its own terrace which was amazing Restaurant was nice Service amazing only downside is no swimming pool which I had not realised the first time I booked so was disappointed during our first stay last year but as we know there wasn’t a pool on this visit it was fine the second time!! Great hotel

I've been lucky enough to have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and for now, I would have to say that the Mandarin Oriental Prague is No. 1. From the pre-stay communications, through the front desk staff and concierge, the waiting staff in the Monastiq bar and restaurant, the housekeeping staff, and even the limousine drivers, they all made our stay as warm, friendly and comfortable as it could possibly have been, all of them going the extra mile to ensure our stay was as memorable as it was. Definitely one to return to!
