The air conditioner was not functioning well during Summer. Staff were helpful to help swap a room, provided a fan, and arranged technician to fix the problem, but the problem persisted. We couldn’t sleep well in such warm room. Both pillows were too soft.
We had a good time playing fun games provided at the lobby. A good-quality 3-in-1 soap was provided for each guest (no liquid shampoo and body wash).

家人們 這家酒店 快去訂啊 美死了woc一進門我就被窗景美呆了（很明顯酒店自己對客房風景也很有信心，窗前大書桌），後面有一天專門回到酒店房間裏點外賣吃，欣賞日落，美哉！！！價格實惠花小錢裝大的，對比我在巴塞一千三一晚的酒店我真的會謝;）
唉 酒店要是有客房送餐就好了，時不時想吃個薯條，不過馬路對面的幾家都很好吃（酒店自己的餐廳沒去吃哈哈）

房間很小，燈光非常昏暗。衞生間還算亮堂，給了我一間走廊盡頭的房間，拿到房卡後下去想調整但是無果，第二天我也懶得再去了。交通很方便，不在老城區但是電車很方便。提前下載pid買票，上車就能用，電車班次也很多。房間內電視可以投屏。

I’ve been to many Mama Shelters over the years. Happy to see the Prague one offers spacious bedrooms (definitely a problem with French ones). We had so much fun playing arcade games in the lounge!
