I am happily rated three hotel crown 5 star..
Zuzana being the best receptionist, let me do early check with no additional charge, she also very fast respond, as hotel owners & travelers my self I greatly appreciated zuzana has made my trips smooth.
The room is big, have everything I need.
Most importantly have coffee machine.
I will recommend this hotel to anyone.

One of the cleanest B&Bs I've ever stayed in. Cleaned every day, the service is very good! The location is excellent, with the cathedral downstairs and the Charles Bridge very close. Eating is also very convenient. If I come again, I will book again!

Excellent housing option for our three day visit to Prague. Great location close and accessible to most major city attractions. Rooms were large and clean with good service. Hotel desk staff were particularly helpful and patient as concierge service includuing arranging an all inclusive walking tour which was a good experience for everyone in our group! Kitchen area was adequate for a short stay and we used it to warm up restaurant take-out.

Amazing location. So much better than old town. Amazing views from the loft apartment. Fresh coffee pods every morning. Comfortable beds. Really close to amazing food.

Bella struttura, nuova pulita. Le camere sono grandi, la parte della cucina forse un po' strettina e con pochi utensili. Il personale e' abbastanza gentile...come posizione si e' proprio all'inizio del centro quindi va benissimo. Cosa positivissima, puliscono le stanze giornalmente e c'e' una machina nespresso con tre cialde al giorno gratis. MOLTO APPREZZATO! Si e' molto vicini ad un mc donald che apre presto la mattina, il primo gioro siamo scesi alle 8 ed era tutto chiuso, il mc invece era aperto e devo dire che la colazione con pancake non era niente male!!
