Posto a dir poco meraviglioso. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Esperienza di san Valentino fantastica. Prenotando un pacchetto ci hanno fatto trovane un allestimento spettacolare. Ha completato la nostra giornata nella loro spa con un moon light al chiaro di luna. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

In occasione di San Valentino sono tornata nella mia ancora di salvezza dopo che ci hanno cancellato la prenotazione da un'altra struttura. Come sempre il personale è attento cortese, premuroso, dedito a esaudire tutte le nostre richieste, qualsiasi necessità viene esaudita in poco tempo. La spa è tranquilla, contenuta nelle dimensioni e perfetta per godersi il meritato relax.

Posto molto semplice prezzi molto alti e pulizia che lascia a desiderare La sauna e il bagno turco puzzavano di sudore e piedi marci sto posto sta fetendo non venite FIDATEVI. ACCAPATOIO E CIABATTE 20€ solo per noleggiarle rendetevi conto .

Aspetti positivi: La casetta in legno è molto accogliente, calda e confortevole, ideale per chi cerca un’atmosfera di montagna. La posizione è ottima, immersa nella natura, e i prezzi sono piuttosto competitivi rispetto ad altre strutture della zona. Il riscaldamento è potentissimo, ma per fortuna regolabile. Perfetta per la famiglia di 4 + persone. Aspetti negativi: La pulizia lascia davvero a desiderare. Sotto il letto ho trovato grande palline di polvere, così come lungo le pareti, che risultavano impolverate, con addirittura delle ragnatele sul soffitto. Anche perché siamo venuti in ricerca dell’aria pulita, ma di notte ho avuto gli attacchi di tosse, essendo sensibile alla polvere. Per cercare di migliorare la situazione, ho dovuto dedicare mezza giornata a comprare stracci usa e getta e altri strumenti per pulire il pavimento e, in generale, cercare di rendere la casetta più abitabile. Lo scarico in doccia è totalmente tappato. Riscaldamento potentissimo, termosifoni polverosi e aria molto secca, per gli asmatici è un grande problema. l’atmosfera è accogliente, il prezzo conveniente e la casetta comoda, ma la pulizia va assolutamente migliorata. Se la struttura prestasse più attenzione a questi dettagli, l’esperienza potrebbe essere molto più piacevole per gli ospiti.

Très surpris par les horaires de la réception..nous sommes arrivés, il est vrai un peu tôt ( 9h30) en espérant pouvoir disposer de notre logement vers 10h ou 11h vu qu il neigeait abondamment et que nous ne pourrions pas skier. en fait non. Nous sommes revenus vers 14h.. réception ferme. Le lendemain pour essayer de profiter des pistes nous arrivons à la réception pour le Check out vers 8h45 personne. Réception fermée. Le barman nous dit qu il faut attendre.. a 9h15 je perd patience et laisse les clés sur le bar.. même pas une boîte au lettre pour laissé les clés bref le service de la réception est Nul ! Pour le reste chalet sympas parking gratuit mais loin de tout.
