Lugar muy acogedor con personal muy amable, todo muy cuidado en medio drl bosque con diferentes posibilidades de estancias y precios. Muy cerca del pueblo (200mtrs)donde se puede ir a pie de dia y de noche.Ideal para ir familias con niños.

Local superagradable decorado con mimo; menú de 29 € (sin vino) ocho entrantes y cinco platos a elegir, más postre; servicio perfecto; cocina de producto local pero con toques y preparaciones especiales, que se separan de lo puramente tradicional; se aprecia cariño en el trabajo de cocinar y atender al cliente, es decir, un buen restaurante; relación calidad/precio muy buena; para repetir.

Hacía un calor infernal, se muestran como un centro de lujo y luego todo es bastante cutre. La piscina es de agua estancada, sin mosquiteras en las ventanas, sin aire acondicionado en las casas de madera, con insuficiente agua caliente para el jacuzzi, desayuno carisimo, restaurante malo, el paseo en poni es con el mismo casco para todos los niños sin gorro antirrobos y el paseo se lo das tu mismo. Si haces mudanza entre casa e iglú, te tienen fuera 4 horas hasta poder entrar de nuevo. Pésima atencion al cliente. Los iglús son preciosos, pero el calor es horrible.

La experiencia de poder estar en una habitación con el techo de cristal nos decepcionó en el momento que entramos y el techo estaba sucio. No de que hubiera llovido unos días antes, sino de que no se ha limpiado en meses. Por otro lado, nos tocó el alojamiento Polaris justo encima de las cuadras de los caballos (con sus moscas y olores correspondientes). Además, teníamos una experiencia romántica para disfrutar en pareja y nuestro alojamiento estaba literalmente al lado de las casas para familias. Por lo que el ambiente de juegos, gritos y ruidos no era especialmente romántico. El deterioro del interior y la falta de un mantenimiento integral nos sorprendió. Sin embargo, a destacar la cena y el desayuno en el restaurante La Llosa. Increíble atención del personal y la calidad de los productos y elaboraciones.

Escapada súper tranquilo, entorno precioso en la naturaleza, rodeado de multitud de rutas. La experiencia en la casa árbol premiun súper recomendable para disfrutar por la noche de la tina de agua caliente. Las camas comodisimas. El personal muy atento y amable. La comida del restaurante muy buena y los desayunos excelentes. Volveremos seguro. Solo una anotación para mejorar, es que entra mucha luz por los ventanales superiores de la casa. Por lo demás un 10.
