The location is good, the staff is great. But the hotel is very tired, as if we got into the 90s. It really needs a big renovation. The breakfast is good, there is a choice, quite tasty. There is a swimming pool, small, but clean. Overall, it is ok, but the price-quality ratio could be better.

We stayed overnight at this hotel based on it’s proximity to the weekend night market. The hotel is not new and this is reflected in the fixtures and fittings, but it’s okay for what is, the staff are pleasant and helpful. The is a dedicated car park to the rear of the building.

The hotel has a great location at the top of the promenade. There are enough parking spaces and you can see the sea from the beautiful pool. I estimate the hotel to be at least 30 years old, which you can see in the lobby and continues in the rooms. The shower and the technical equipment reflect the hotel's age. There are no sockets by the beds and the windows are single-glazed, so the air conditioning doesn't cool properly. At 1,300 baht, the room with breakfast is significantly too expensive, even compared to the surrounding accommodation.

Positive points: great location,close to the sea and town centre. Very nice and big pool facing the sea. Clean rooms.Parking lot nearby. Very nice rooms staff. Very decent buffet breakfast. Négative points :bath room needs rénovation washbasin stopped up no airevacuation mirror in pour condition same as door. A|C dating back to the eighties. Réception staff reminding me of Rumania in the good old ceaucescu times. Same at breakfast finished at exactly 10 o'clock.

We were herefor2 weeks and hate to leave. An older hotel in a grand style but everything well maintained and good working order down to the last light switch. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is excellent in The View with a varied menu and reasonable prices. A million $ view from the private balcony. This is our fourth visit
