Hotel Terme Neronensis

Siamo arrivati in serata e l'accoglienza alla reception è stata impeccabile: il personale si è dimostrato cordiale, attento e altamente professionale, fornendoci tutte le indicazioni necessarie. La nostra stanza, spaziosa e dal design minimalista, ci ha subito conquistati. Il letto era particolarmente comodo e il bagno accogliente, sebbene la doccia avesse una lieve perdita d'acqua dovuta a una piccola imperfezione nel silicone, un dettaglio che non ha compromesso il nostro soggiorno. Il vero punto di forza è stata la colazione, grazie a PASQUALE. La sua disponibilità e dedizione nel soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta hanno reso l’esperienza davvero memorabile. Con la sua presenza discreta ma efficiente, ha dimostrato una professionalità che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale, specialmente considerando le esigenze alimentari della mia compagna, intollerante al lattosio. Un grazie sincero a PASQUALE: questo luogo rimarrà nei nostri ricordi soprattutto per la tua eccellenza. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare.

La mia compagna ed io ad inizio aprile abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni di vacanza visitando luoghi ameni come Procida, Napoli, Pozzuoli ed altri ancora. Abbiamo scelto di alloggiare presso l'Hotel NERONENSIS che si è rivelato una bellissima sorpresa con la sua camera fantastica vista mare (in realtà era un appartamento). Non solo, la posizione dell'hotel è veramente strategica per poter raggiungere ogni mezzo per spostarsi, ma anche gli ambienti sono molto confortevoli ed il personale sempre gentile e disponibile nei confronti del cliente. Un ringraziamento particolare alla sig.ra Teresa che abbiamo conosciuto nella sala delle colazioni, anche questa meravigliosa con vista mare, la quale ci ha mostrato ed illustrato con passione e competenza i preziosi reperti emersi a seguito degli scavi effettuati sotto l'albergo. I didn't stay there, but I requested a room cancellation, given the continuous earthquake tremors of recent days, where even the trains were blocked for a certain period and the earthquake tremors continue incessantly and the population pours into the streets at night. ...well they did not accept the cancellation for these (trivial reasons in their opinion). All this to be able to earn a few euros....... well

I've never seen a hotel that looks like a 5 star from the photos, then I go and see it up close, it's as unwatchable as the owner. ants all over a bed that you couldn't even sit on and better yet my grandmother's house the owner whose throat was inflamed from the strong breath a bathroom that as soon as you entered you slipped an immense smell of sewage, mold, frommiche. a basket full of sanitary pads, in short, it wasn't a hotel but a stable, the horses are better off

Lette le recensioni ero molto titubante se prenotare un soggiorno presso questo hotel...invece sono rimasta soddisfatta della scelta! Certo la struttura è un po datata ma anche questo fa parte del fascino dell'hotel (palazzo del 1860 chiaramente rimodernato) . Stanza 102 ,immensa, vista sul mare, frigo, aria condizionata, letto molto comodo, bagno (cieco) molto funzionale, terrazzino, parquet. Buona la pulizia. Ottima colazione con Sfogliatelle brioche e tanto altro! Grande Teresa che non ci ha fatto mancare nulla!

We are not there in several respects. The structure is very dated, and very poorly maintained, very poor breakfast with frozen products. Cleaning is the bare minimum. I wouldn't stay here again and above all it's not a 4 star hotel but maybe 2...definitely too high a price per night.

Absolutely not recommended. The staff is practically non-existent. A nice place with a panoramic view, a structure that has potential ruined by the much more than inadequate staff. To work in a hospitality facility the first characteristic should be a smile and friendliness, which is not found even by mistake in this place. The room was nice, large and quite clean. The problems with the staff arose even before the booking when they were unable to take the money from the card and they demanded that I find a way to give them the money, under penalty of canceling the reservation, I had to come to the facility, delete the reservation on Booking and pay the fee. the entire amount with the card because even though it showed the balance of my account, we were unable to carry out the transaction. After taking a shower and leaving the bathroom towels, they took them away without replacing them with clean ones, we pointed this out and were told that they would take care of it, which never happened because I had to go to reception to get them and also have to observe the bored and annoyed face of the gentleman who was there. We come for breakfast, dirty terrace full of pigeons wandering on the tables and without even the shadow of anyone to serve us. After 15 minutes of looking at each other we go to ask for an explanation at the reception who tells us that the employee had informed us that breakfast was finishing and had therefore left. Bathroom fault in the sink, the water did not drain, 3 days of reporting before the problem could be resolved. I will never set foot there again and I will absolutely advise against this establishment.

….camere molto molto ampie super chic… Parquet come pavimentazione (quindi immaginate che lusso). Divano.. cucina .. frigo.. microonde.. bagno aria condizionata.. molto bello.. ma c’è un però ! È un hotel o un beb? Questo non lo capito.. di notte se serve un informazione, un qualcosa non c’è nessuno alla reception.. dovreste aggiungere un personale notturno. Per tutto il resto ok

Sono stata in questa struttura per lavoro. E' una struttura dalle potenzialità altissime ma con tantissima disorganizzazione. Le stanze sono fatiscenti,le chiavi delle porte( ancora le chiavi) non chiudono. Sono capitata in un week end con un problemi di energia e non solo non c'erano le luci di emergenza ma non mi è stata data neanche una torcia.La terrazza è meravigliosa ma sporchissima, lo stesso gli utensili usati per la colazione..vetusti e danneggiati.Lo staff è molto cordiale ma andrebbero allenati all'uso di una divisa ed al fatto che l' immondizia non può essere trasportata fuori durante la colazione degli ospiti. Io consiglio pulizia , ordine e pochi altri investimenti in utensili per la colazione, luci di emergenza e staff per elevare non di poco il valore di questo splendido albergo.
