Abbiamo soggiornato in questo meraviglioso hotel di architettura neoclassica costruito su antiche terme romane e ambienti mosaicati. Le fondamenta custodiscono infatti una ricchezza storica eccezionale che forse pochi conoscono e che grazie alla gentilezza della Sig.ra Teresa dello staff, molto preparata in storia romana del luogo, ne siamo venuti a conoscenza. Stanza 204 molto spaziosa, pulita, ordinata con vista sul mare e sul Tempio di Serapide. Ottima colazione a buffet. L’hotel ha una posizione strategica, vicinissimo al porto da dove si possono raggiungere facilmente con i traghetti Procida e Ischia. A due passi dal centro storico costellato dai tipici ristoranti della zona. Parcheggio comodo a pagamento. Un doveroso ringraziamento sia alle ragazze della reception che prontamente ci hanno fornito le preziose informazioni per godere al meglio delle bellezze di Pozzuoli e Procida nonché al personale delle pulizie. Horrible - Fuyez !!!!
Hôtel catastrophique. Ce n'est pas un 4 étoiles du tout ! C'est un bouge ! Une arnaque ! Fuyez !!! Nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude, la salle de bain était salle avec des cafards et le lavabo qui fuit...tout l'hôtel est en très très mauvais état. Des fissures et des trous partout dans les murs, des meubles datés et casés, la literie, un désastre ! On aurait mieux dormi par terre. La clim qui marche pas et notre chambre n'avait qu'une tout petite fenêtre... pas moyen d'aérer. Et pour conclure, super bruyant, petit déj minimaliste et le parking!!!! arghhh!!! pour se garer en cote 10° en angle droit, super fastoche ! Et en prime, le personnel ne parle pas un mot d'anglais ! On a fait une réclamation mais personne n'est jamais venu !Bref, surtout, n'y allez pas !

Io e mio marito abbiamo alloggiato nella stanza 304, stanza grandissima con vista spettacolare, bagno con vasca senza finestra, letto comodo, stanza luminosissima. Personale molto gentile, buona colazione. Hotel molto comodo per muoversi con il treno. Posto auto a pagamento. Grazie a Daniela e a Teresa per aver contribuito a farci fare una bella vacanza! Rita

Un letto da incubo in una struttura fatiscente
È evidente che la struttura vive ancora di una gloria passata. La stanza era molto spaziosa. Il bagno era evidentemente vecchio, il bidet rotto e l'acqua calda tardava tantissimo. La cosa peggiore, però, era il letto. Senza esagerare, mi ha distrutto la schiena in una sola notte. Era un soggiorno di una sola notte ma non avrei dormito di nuovo in quel letto per nulla al mondo. Note positive: colazione nella norma, con un buon caffé (servita in camera perché ci è stato imposto, non per nostra richiesta) e il ragazzo della reception che ci ha accolto all'arrivo super gentile e disponibile.
