The hotel's location was excellent overall, and we were consistently impressed with the cleanliness. However, the room amenities were limited to the bare essentials – there was no kettle at all, and a refrigerator in the room would have been desirable. The bathroom was also very small. Breakfast was quite good, with everything one could wish for – only special items like omelets or fried eggs were not offered. Otherwise, we were very satisfied. What particularly struck us as negative was the following: We arrived with my 11-year-old daughter about 1.5 hours before the official check-in time. However, we were not allowed to use the pool unless we had eaten in the restaurant beforehand. I have never experienced such a policy in any hotel worldwide and find it rather inconsiderate – especially with a child who simply wanted to get in the water after our arrival. Overall, a hotel with a good location, clean rooms, and a good breakfast, but it has room for improvement in both the room amenities and the way guests are treated before check-in.

Ottima posizione! Tutto pulito e in ordine ben curato camere pulitissime! Colazione con ricco buffet con un po di tutto dal dolce al salato e molta frutta fresca ..da gustare in terrazza con splendida vista..la piscina ben tenuta e curata,servizio bar eccellente cocktail ottimi e al prezzo giusto! Al ristorante non sono andato perché purtroppo avevo prenotato al lago ma dai piatti intravisti al check in erano sicuramente squisiti !Non da meno la cordialità di tutto lo staff in particolare dal Propietario. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno in questo hotel. Esperienza da rifare certamente.

We stayed at the Castello in campo.scuola, and it was the worst experience I've ever had in my 27 years of guiding classes. The rooms were divided by gender, not by class, in two different buildings, creating the paradoxical situation where we had to re-room them until 11:30 pm, as four children in my class were without a room. The rooms were outdated, but acceptable. Both dinner and breakfast, as well as the lunch boxes on the first day, were meager, but then, after we complained to the agency, they improved. The manager was unhelpful the entire time, but above all, unhelpful, accusing us of not knowing how to do our job. He almost seemed apologetic when it came to returning the security deposit, given that the children had left their rooms tidy. A terrible experience, perhaps okay for families, but definitely not for schools.

We had a great stay, the room was comfortable with a lovely terrace... the dinner and breakfast were excellent... they let us have breakfast early... they were very kind. The location is strategic for visiting the surrounding area... Sirmione, Peschiera, Castellaro Lagusello, and Borghetto sul Mincio... excellent value for money.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel. Nous avons pu profiter des repas le soir qui étaient très bons. Contrairement à certains autres avis, nous avons apprécié l’accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. Gros points positifs pour le grand parking, la piscine et le buffet du matin excellent. Seul bémol, l’isolation des chambres vraiment mauvaise.

Hotel dotato di una bella piscina con lettini, e grandi ombrelloni per rilassarsi all' ombra. Camera matrimoniale non tanto grande e con bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Pulizia delle camere e degli spazi comuni, impeccabile. Molto buona la colazione con abbastanza scelta tra il dolte ed il salato, con prodotti di ottima qualità, personale alla colazione, molto gentile e simpatico.

Soggiorno scolastico di tre giorni con 90 alunni. Buona sistemazione sui due stabili di cui dispone l' hotel; camere pulite e accoglienti. Colazione, cena e pranzo al sacco sempre puntuali. Il personale ha soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e prima di partire il proprietario ci ha fatto i complimenti per il comportamento di alunne e alunni.
