Hôtel très sympa. Piscine agréable avec transats. Petit déjeuner très complet. Chambre petite mais suffisante pour y dormir. Personnel très sympa. Restaurant non testé. Ascenseur pour accéder à l'étage. Serviettes fournies pour la piscine.

We verbleven enkele dagen in hotel Il Castello tijdens onze reis rond het Gardameer. De eerste indruk van het hotel was goed, aangezien het een ruim hotel leek en het zwembad er goed uitziet. Echter toen we in onze kamer kwamen, werd ons enthousiasme al direct ingetoomd. Zowel de kamer als de badkamer waren zeer klein en verouderd (waar we in principe geen probleem mee hebben gezien we een budget room geboekt hadden), maar de hygiëne was ondermaats (zie foto’s van de de putjes van de douche en de lavabo in onze kamer). Verder was de isolatie van de kamers ook zeer dun aangezien we gesprekken in de kamers naast ons konden meevolgen. Bovendien hoorden we regelmatig een druppelend geluid en eerst dachten we dat de verwarming ontlucht moest worden, maar in het midden van onze laatste nacht voelden we plots druppels op ons vallen en toen we naar boven keken, zagen we dat de druppels uit de airco kwamen en ze hier een kommetje onder hadden gezet (dat dus aan het overlopen was). Dit hebben we uiteindelijk niet meer gemeld aangezien we de volgende ochtend gingen uitchecken en al volledig klaar waren met dit hotel. Positieve punten: - ligging dicht bij het Gardameer - het zwembad en handdoekenservice - de prijs (maar you get what you pay for…)

Vista la località hotel veramente deludente in tutto tranne che nella cortesia e disponibilità di chi ci lavora al contrario del proprietario/gestore. Stanze piccolissime, bagno ancora peggio e tendenza al risparmio su tutto. Evitate di richiedere un sacchetto per colazione (penoso).

Deludente, camere piccole con bagni piccoli, quando fai la doccia si allaga tutto il bagno, il personale è disponibile anche se non organizzato sicuramente per colpa del proprietario a mio avviso poco professionale e trasparente. La sera spengono tutte le luci esterne senza badare se il cliente sia presente lasciandolo al buio.

Ho alloggiato una settimana per lavoro, camere e bagni piccoli e datati, Colazione e cibo livello medio basso, proprietario non classificato, Pronto a tutto per guadagnare qualche euro a spese dei clienti . Prezzi non chiari che variano a secondo se c'è il proprietario o il personale senza possibilità di controllo ( lo scontrino con relativi prezzi non viene rilasciato sempre, soprattutto da parte del proprietario)

L'hotel è molto carino, semplice e pulito con proprietà gentile ed educata come tutto il personale. Colazione migliorabile mentre la cena è veramente ottima per capacità culinaria dei cuochi. Quindi sicuramente da consigliare ma con la speranza di non trovare studenti in gita scolastica poco rispettosi della pace e tranquillità altrui. Grazie e arrivederci

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno un questo hotel carino e ci siamo trovati bene in tutto tranne il fatto di aver conbaciato la nostra permanenza con una gita scolastica in hotel molto poco educata.sini alle 23,30 e al mattino alle7,30 gran maleducazione e poco rispetto verso gli altri ospiti.colazione semplice,ottime cene con super cuoco.personale e propietario educati, accoglienti e sicuramente da consigliare.

Esperienza pessima. Mi sono trovata in questo hotel durante una gita scolastica. Ambiente freddo, la biancheria non veniva cambiata ogni giorno, insetti dappertutto, acqua sanitaria fredda, latte acido a colazione. Ci sarebbe da scrivere un libro ma mi fermo qui.
