Hotel Danieli Pozzallo

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in questo hotel, la nostra camera anche se era un po' piccola dava proprio sulla piscina molto bella dove i miei figli si sono divertiti, la colazione era molto ricca e abbondante, lo staff molto disponibile che ringrazio ancora!

Une honte ! Vous payez un séjour d’une semaine et vous ne disposez même pas des commodités prévues dans l’hôtel. En effet, l’hôtel préfère réserver ses parasols et transats aux personnes externes à l’hôtel. Résultat ? Lorsque vous demandez à la réception d’avoir un parasol on vous répond de vous mettre sous un arbre !!! Aberrant pour un 4* n’est ce pas ?! La réceptionniste vous répondra qu’elle fait ce qu’elle veut. De plus, les espaces extérieurs ne sont pas entretenus (mauvaises herbes tout autour de la terrasse de la piscine). Pas de service à l’extérieur. Personne ne vient vous proposer à boire, vous devez vous même aller demander à l’intérieur si vous avez soif. Lorsque on vous amène votre verre, il n’y a même pas une petite table pour le déposer. Et lorsque vous avez terminé, votre emplacement n’est pas débarrassé et ce, même 3h après avoir terminé. Le nettoyage de la piscine est fait à 9h00 du matin, pile quand les vacanciers souhaitent y aller. Le petit déjeuner laisse vraiment à désirer, pas de choix et produits qui ne sont pas de qualité. Si vous êtes intolérants fuyez également… La chambre est correct mais nous avions des fourmis dans la douche et dans le lavabo de la salle de bain. Quant à la sécurité de l’hôtel, n’importe qui peut s’introduire dans l’hôtel à n’importe quel moment de la nuit. Je ne mettrai plus jamais un pied dans cet hôtel qui est à fuir.

Bad management. I had forgotten a piece of clothing in the room the same evening as check out, I called to inform them but the person in charge of cleaning the rooms had thrown it away. The management did not even apologize for what happened, in fact in an arrogant and overbearing way it declined any responsibility. I advise you to be careful not to leave anything personal, especially clothing or anything else that is not put in the safe for obvious reasons because it would be trashed immediately and not put aside until the customer can claim it. The clothes are the property of the customers and not of the hotel

Small hotel surrounded by greenery and a very large swimming pool. Due to the greenery there is the presence of flies and mosquitoes. The rooms do not have mosquito nets, especially those on the ground floor with access to the garden, where insects enter with every opening. Helpful and friendly staff, especially the blonde lady at the reception. Small jobs to be redone in the bathroom. Inside and seafront 5 minutes by car

We stayed one night, the structure is very beautiful, the swimming pool is 10 and praise. The rooms are very large, bright and with all comforts. They would need more attention. First of all, improve the soundproofing, as my neighbors came home at 1am with a small child and I listened to all their talk and their baby's screams until they fell asleep. Thanks to this, however, I was able to see that all the rooms that were on the same side as me had a problem with the infiltration of flying ants, which was obviously not due to "the garden and therefore we can't do anything about it" as suggested by the ladies at the reception but by the the fact is that the frames of the windows are a bit dated and can be inserted from there! It is impossible to keep the same windows open since they are not equipped with mosquito nets and therefore the mosquitoes would have a party! Excellent breakfast and the staff (the same two girls all day) really polite and kind!
