Situation was very central alongside the pedestrian street. We had ou room on the 4th floor and had windows toward the quiet street. Beds were good and we slept well. AC was good. Breakfast was good. Different salads every morning which we are not used to but it was okay.

I stayed one night at this lovely hotel. I had a cosy room, very clean, good facilities, great location in the pedestrian area near many sights worth a visit. The staff is friendly and competent. There is a public parking garage within a short walking distance of around 200 meters for 50 or 60 Zloty a day. The hotel is a historic building in a narrow lane in the city center. So it's quite normal that you may hear the voices other people from the street or when they leave the other hotel rooms in the morning.

“Bad experience I don’t recommend it” I stayed at the hotel in a Deluxe Room (or Twins Room), but the experience was disappointing. The room was not suitable for three people as expected, and the cleanliness did not meet acceptable standards. There was no air conditioning, an unpleasant sewage smell was present, the sink was clogged, and the shower drainage was not functioning properly. Moreover, the hotel management was not serious about finding a proper or reasonable solution to the issues we reported, which made the experience even worse. I do not recommend staying at this hotel under such conditions.

Hotel che offre un’esperienza superiore alle sue tre stelle. Location che più centrale di così non si può, aree comuni eleganti. Soggiornato in camera deluxe: molto ampia, in stile classico e dotata di ogni comfort. La prima colazione un po’ basilare nella parte dolce, ma complessivamente è discreta.
