Perfect location, better communication required I booked the place for a short week work stay and chose the location for practical reasons. Nice flat with all necessities, but a bit disturbing to have the fridge humming on and off through the night and the neighbour chatting all evening and night sitting on the balcony next to mine. My arrival was close to chaotic due to a mistake in the information mail I received prior to my stay. It took two mails, two calls nd almost 30 minutes to get me to the right room with all necessary codes and passwords. By the first call, it would have been more reassuring if the online receptionist had sent me an updated info mail rather than having to call and write more times (the info note in the room had only old and useless codes to wifi and gate. And as a small "yuck" coffee cups weren't clean, but with rims of old tea and coffee. It looked like the peefect place, but insufficient communication and details left me less impressed than other users.
