The room was huge and I was really baffled, but the furniture was old. The bed was making noise at every movement and I had to turn off the A/C because it was noisy as well. Breakfast was good!

Hotel wygodny, ale przeciętny. Jeżeli chodzi o jakość do ceny to nie za dobrze wypada. Obsługa bardzo miłą i pomocna. Daleko od centrum co stanowi w miare spory problem. Pokoje czyste, ale nie zbyt nowe. basen nie zbyt duży, ale za to siłownia bardzo duża i też jest mały bar gdzie można wieczorem posiedzieć.

Good stay at Ner Year. - hotel room is ok - you need to extra psy for parking it costs 35 zl but you can park for free next to zabka shop for free, about 300 metres away - lovely breakfast you won't be hungry - small swimming pool with cold water - funtastic gym

This is an out of town hotel. It is difficult to review this hotel without mentioning that we had to change rooms. This was because our first room was not suitable for two people to stay in as it was essentially in the roof and to get out of bed you had to walk under a ceiling that was only about 4 feet high. It was clear that others had bumped into the ceiling as there was plaster broken off. The carpet also looked as though somebody had been partying as it was not particularly clean! However, the room we moved to on the floor below, although a little tired was fine. Breakfast was good and the service was pretty good.

Oceniam tylko restaurację i obsługę przyjęcia okolicznościowego. Cóż....niby obiad komunijny, ale szału nie było to najlepsze co mogę powiedzieć. I tak: 1. Kelnerzy roznoszą zupę. Bez zupy zostały 2 osoby siedzące obok siebie. Kelner ma jeden talerz z zupą. Drugi niesie drugi kelner. Zupę dostaje mężczyzna a kobiecie każą czekać. Wtopa jak nic. 2. Bardzo długo czekaliśmy na podanie obiadu. Po obiedzie przerwa. W menu ma być ciasto, deser, tort i zimny bufet a tu nic nie "wjeżdża". Żadnej informacji ze strony obsługi. Totalnie zero. 3. Polędwiczka przesuszona, schabowy cienki jak papier.....Surówka z marchewki na następny dzień "leciała winem" 4. Zgodnie z ustaleniami soki miały być dodatkowo płatne i podane na naszą prośbę. W cenie była woda, kawa i herbata. Soki to dopłata 15 zł/ litr. A tu o dziwo na starcie obok wody stoją soki. I teraz mam biegać po gościach i mówić, że soków mają sobie nie lać? Oczywiście dopłata za 10 l soku.....nie sądzę by tyle zeszło, bo to przecież 40 szklanek a nie wszyscy pili soki ( 18 osób było). I dopłata 150 zł a nie planowałem tego. Została na mnie w pewnym sensie wymuszona. 5. Jedzenie można było zabrać i albo dawało się swoje pojemniki albo hotel dawał swoje za dopłatą. Jedzenie zapakowano w pojemniki hotelowe i przyniesiono. Nikt o nic się nie pytał. Miałem swoje pojemniki, ale cóż....dopłata. Ogólnie bardzo słabo. Więcej tam przyjęcia okolicznościowego nie zrobię.

Excellent hotel and excellent staff we were staying as a base while we worked doing humanitarian aid to Ukraine, everything we asked for qas provided amd more, only thing was the food menu was a bit static and set in stone but other than that the rooms were clean and tidy and comfortable. Staff were friendly always saying morning goodnight asking about our day, cannot fault them at all.

Location is good if you travel by car (right next to the highway but far from the city center). The hotel is clean, food is good and the staff is friendly but bed was not conformable and the spa area is a bit run down. The place should have maximum 3 stars.

Od 10 lat, 2 razy do roku zatrzymujemy się w Grand Royal (kiedyś pod nazwą Hotel Twardowski). To nasz obowiązkowy punkt w podróży z Holandii na Mazury. Obsługa jest bardzo miła i pomocna, łóżka wygodne. Dzieciaki uwielbiają odpoczynek i regenerację w basenie. Bardzo blisko A2. Bardzo polecam rodzinom z dziećmi.
