this is an apartment rental. you can opt for in person check in but because i arrived late it was largely just self check in. super central location like just a short walk from the train station

Awful.customer care. Multiple issues with things. The shower flooded. Fan not working. Dishwasher was full. There are no instructions in English. Both sets of instructions in polish. There is no obvious contact number. There are no clear instructions for appliances. Worst of all, sold a sofa bed in the living room with no curtain, so light flooded in. Lot of traffic and tram noise, which is fine, but say so in the description. So we can make an informed choice to stay.
Said I should have contacted them which I did,at the time but they did not respond to.messages. saod they never received them. They simply did not care.
