Sehr schöne Lage mitten im Wald und mit eigenem Seestrand. Deshalb auch ruhig. Zimmer relativ klein, sauber. Grundsätzlich nettes Personal. In der Saison schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Frühstück sehr gut. Bei Vollbelegung katastrophal organisiert. Bei Vollbelegung Atmosphäre wie in einer Jugendherberge. Die Plastiktischdecken werden nur mit feuchten Tüchern für den nächsten Gast abgewischt. Das Frühstückspersonal ist kein Gastgeber. Man wird nicht begrüßt. Schwimmbad nicht einladend. Vielleicht sollte man darüber nachdenken, den Schwimmbadgästen zu erlauben, die Wiese vor dem Hotel zu benutzen und dort die Liegen aufzustellen. Massagen sehr gut und professionell. Und das Beste zum Schluss: Unter der Decke des Restaurants draußen viele Spinnen, die ins Essen und auf die Gäste springen. Es war lustig, die Reaktionen zu beobachten.

Hotel położony w otoczeniu lasów nad brzegiem Jeziora w sam raz dla osób poszukujących ciszy i spokoju. Żywa natura na wyciągnięcie ręki. Stada dzikich gęsi, rodziny z młodymi, zostawiają trochę pamiątek, ale w naturze tak to właśnie wygląda. Cudowne poranki ze śpiewem ptaków. Co do hotelu nie mamy większych zastrzeżeń, obsluga młoda, ambitna, która uczy się, ale jest przy tym miła i uśmiechnięta a do wszystkiego potrzeba czasu. Śniadania bardzo dobre, duży wybór potraw, świeże produkty. Na obiadokolacji również każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Recepcja zawsze służy pomocą. Przydałyby się jakieś ławeczki w niektórych miejscach na rozległym terenie zielonym otaczającym hotel i dodatkowe lampy doświetlające ten piękny teren po zmroku.

Atmosfera w czasie wieczoru chorwackiego była cudowna. Bardzo dobre jedzenie przygotowane przez Davora i jego zespół, a także napoje profesjonalnie serwowane przez Marco sprawiły, że był to niezapomniany wieczór. Gratulacje dla właścicieli i ich zespołu. Pozdrawiam Michał

Mieliśmy okazje spedziec weekend w tym hotelu i mogę śmiało powiedzieć ze nie ma on nic wspólnego z hotelem 4 gwiazdkowym. Moran jest przepięknie położony ale… Na obiad czeka się minimum 1 h i należy samemu się dopytywać ( wystarczyło żeby ktoś z personelu podszedl przeprosił lub uprzedził wcześniej ) Daliśmy im druga szanse kolejnego dnia niestety ta sama sytuacja Dziurawe ręczniki ( 4 gwiazdki !!!) O 16:00 musiałam prosić o posprzątanie pokoju mimo zawieszonej na klamce zawieszki od 11;00 Ogromne braki w zarządzaniu i brak prersonelu Płatnośc za rowery 20zl na godz ! Serio ?! Z pozytywnych rzeczy Urozmaicone śniadanie Dostęp do prywatnej plazy Położenie Kuchnia 7/10 Generalnie brakuje tam dobrego menadżera który zmienił by to miejsce w takie jak byc powinno .Fajnie jakby ktoś z zarządzających hotelem wybral się do hotelu Przystań w Olsztynie i zobaczył jak to się robi

The hotel is very nicely situated right on a lake. It’s very lovely and it seemed week kept. The only issue was the service, I. Particular the restaurant. We waited for 30 minutes to be given a menu after being seated. Even getting seated was a bother. We ended up just walking to a table that was not cleared and asked if we can just sit there. They cleared it but that was just the waiter taking the plates off the table. After getting the menus it was another 25 minutes before being asked our order. In the end we just ordered everything all at once so we would not have to wait for the waitress later for desert or more drinks. With respect to the hotel, I had requested one bed but when we got our room it was two twin beds. I went to reception and the solution was just to join the two beds. Not ideal but I was to tired to argue any further. The place is really nice. But the service just kills the rating. If they were to improve that, it would be a really great place to go to. I also want to point out that it’s June during our visit. I would not want to be here In July or August when it the busy season. I will still give it another try some time since the amenities make it worth another try. I am just hoping for better service all around.
