Lovely home - great location!
Our family had a wonderful stay at Janie's Place for our niece's wedding! Homey decor, comfortable beds and a beautiful kitchen. Tracy met us at the property and was close by if we needed anything. Loved having Tracy's restaurant a block away and she was able to accommodate our gluten-free family members. One of the best VRBO stays we've ever had. Thanks Tracy!

Great location
We enjoyed our stay for a family wedding in Powhatan. It was comfortable and convenient. We even enjoyed a warm coffee cake left for us upon arriving. Thank you, Tracey!

Great stay.
Home was very clean and well maintained. It felt like being at home. The owner, Tracy was great. Communication was very easy. I would recommend this home to anyone. We plan to stay again the next time we go to Powhatan, if it’s available.

Convenient
We came for our daughter's wedding and rented 2 homes fairly close to each other so over all it was convenient to both homes and to the venue. Owner was very responsive to our questions and even when we thought we may need care for our elderly aunt, she was ready with a caregiver.
