I had an amazing two day stay. It was a birthday present from my children. Everything was great. I think the best part though was the receptionist/clerk at the front desk. Her name is Candace. She was so kind, friendly and helpful. She helped me feel welcome and at home.

We stopped here on our travels to smokey mountains. It was a decent place. We were too tired to explore any amenities here, but the hotel rooms were fine.

We should have known what we were in for when, during our check-in, a man came back to the front desk to report that another guest had already occupied the room he had just been assigned. Shockingly, the hotel had no other available rooms and had to send him elsewhere to find a different hotel. That was our first impression—and things only went downhill from there. We booked three rooms for a four-night stay, and each one had serious issues: Room 1 had a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Dirty towels from the previous guests were still hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. Room 2 had a dirty, used band-aid on the floor that remained there for the entire stay—our room was never cleaned once. The pull-out couch had not been cleaned under in what appeared to be months; it was filled with old food wrappers and empty soda bottles. Room 3 had a major security issue: the door didn’t lock from the outside, leaving the room completely open and unsecured any time we were gone. After multiple complaints, we were eventually moved to a different room when one became available. Despite trying to be understanding and polite, we grew increasingly frustrated by the total lack of concern or follow-through from the staff. We were met with repeated inaction, and no effort was made to correct the basic issues of cleanliness or guest safety. This hotel failed on every level—cleanliness, security, and customer service. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. We will not be back and strongly encourage others to stay elsewhere.

The room had some plumbing issues, the shower head wasn’t put on correctly so leaked, the toilet handle was put on upside down, there wasn’t a luggage rack, the box springs were bare, the sheets were worn and rough. It was disappointing compared to other BW Plus hotels we recently stayed at.

We only stayed one night, but staff was friendly, breakfast was good, bed comfy and area was safe. The only negative was the water pressure in the shower. It was terrible !!
