Before the trip, have contacted the hotel to confirm if there is free toiletries provides. The replies is YES. Unfortunately, there is no shampoo and sipper etc… included. This is very inconvenient.

All hotels in San Diego charge for parking, which makes me feel uncomfortable. Other things are OK, but I don't have any hope for breakfast, because all American hotels have the same breakfast, not the same, but at least similar.

The front desk service is good, and self-service coffee and hot drinks are provided in the lobby. The room is clean and hygienic, the facilities are old and the area is small.

I am Hilton Honors Gold, have been Diamond, it is not like I don't have some perspective on this. The hotel is nice, the parking arrangement is beyond words horrible. You cannot pay for parking at the front desk, you must use a QR code, to pull up an app, to enter your car's info (in this case a rental car), enter your credit card number, enter your dates of stay, on and on. After coming back from a long day on the road. This is the only Hilton brand hotel in my history I have seen such a bad program. I still don't even know how much parking was, even though I entered my card! I complained to the front desk, they have heard this before, but no manager in until 9am tomorrow. Horrible experience.

Property was ok. Very pricy for a dated property. Shower was weak. Lobby area was excellent. Can’t fathom why properties all charge for parking.

Not worth the price. I expect more from the Hilton family of hotels. Room was small, drains were partially clogged, and breakfast was really bad. I’ve had better breakfasts at the Holiday Inn and Best Western. Also, I don’t understand why you have to pay for parking. It’s not a busy neighborhood, and there’s plenty of space around the area, feels like a money grab.
