Um quarto e banheiro grande, bom espaço para guardar as malas, o Wi-Fi, não é muito válido, o hotel sofreu uma boa reforma, muito limpo e funcionários atenciosos, o café de manhã, poderia ser mais regional, mas é bem simples.

Desde o primeiro contato via WhatsApp para realização da reserva, notei que o atendimento era diferenciado. Muito atenciosos, a equipe da recepção realizou a reserva em horário não comercial e foram muito ágeis e simpáticos no momento do check-in e checkout. Quando solicitamos sugestões de restaurantes pet friendly para nosso jantar, prontamente entraram em contato com o estabelecimento para averiguar se atendiam nossa solicitação.

Uma ótima opção em Pouso Alegre
O Hotel fica muito bem localizado, no centro da cidade. As acomodações são confortáveis e o atendimento muito agradável. Há elevador. Há uma mesa de sinuca e uma pequena sala para atividades físicas. O estacionamento é um pouco apertado e também funciona como rotativo mas sempre encontramos vagas.

Hotel é limpo, bem organizado, roupa de cama de boa qualidade, toalhas limpas o quarto pequeno banheiro de bom tamanho, chuveiro muito bom (ducha), café e janta de boa qualidade e variedade o que deixa a desejar é o estacionamento apertado e falta acessibilidade ao estacionamento
