4 étoiles pour annoncer un niveau d'équipement...et non un standing. En restant plusieurs semaines, j'ai eu l'occasion de tester une bonne dizaine de chambres. Dans une majorité de celles-ci il y a eu des problèmes de propreté du sol, des problèmes de débit d'eau exécrable en sortie de pomme de douche, des problèmes de nombreuses chaînes de télé qui se brouillent, ... Les couloirs et escaliers aimeraient aussi voir plus souvent passer un aspirateur. Certes la literie est bonne, la déco est sympa, l'insonorisation correcte, et la responsable se plie en 4 pour résoudre vos problèmes. Mais à presque 140 Euros la nuit il est anormal de constater autant de problèmes. Je n'irai pas en payant de ma poche.

Très bon accueil, chambre confortable, le tarif de 150€ sans frigo, sans chaînes internationales et sans piscine dans l'hôtel mérite davantage un 3 étoiles et non un 4. De plus il n'est pas mentionné qu'une réservation doit être faite pour une heure d'accès pour la modique somme de 50€/pers/h. Petit dej classique. En bref un hôtel un peu cher pour une nuit d'escale où l'on aurait aimé se reposer après une journée de visite d'Amiens.

Une adresse à retenir… les services, la literie,… tout est au top!… y compris l’accueil, la salle de fitness, le SPA est à tester et l’ accès … je reviendrai c’est certain! Ne cherchez pas non pas non plus de restaurant … a 20m, un petit bijou!!! Merci!

Un peu decevant
Le petit dejeuner est inclus dans ma reservation, ils m'ont fait le payer en arrivant. Quand j'ai demande a la reception, ils m'ont dit qu'il faut appeler quand le manager sera là parce que les receptionistes ne peuvent pas rembourser. Donc j'espere que demain, ils ne feront pas les morts. Space wellness payant le weekend (55€p/p) et les massages proposés ne sont pas vraiment proposés..."ils ne le font plus". Un peu decevant a ce niveau là. En revanche, un super receptioniste de nuit. Super attentionnée, agreable et cultivé (il nous a servi au bar) et les lits sont confortables.
