The service was very good. I went there in the middle of the night. The Indian guy at the front desk was on vacation. I made many phone calls before he woke up. The service was good. It seemed that the boss was Chinese.

Having stayed at this hotel before, I arrived to find that the block next door was a construction site. Between 7:30am and 5pm there was alot of construction noise and vibration from heavy equipment. Reception is only open during the day. Also the contact telephone number listed on Trip.com booking information and the hotel’s own website has been disconnected. Room was large and clean. Location is great, very near to subway, cafes, restaurants and bars. The toilet in the hotel room is a bit dirty. The location is really good. It's close to everywhere, but the hygiene is really bad.

The room was completely different from what I saw in the photos. The light bulbs were out and the air conditioner smelled musty. The bed and shower room were also unsanitary. Unfortunately the service at the front desk was also not good and they even refused to change the towels.
I think the location is convenient as it is near the downtown area.

Good place, good location, but noisy and not at all like in the picture., very dirty. Broken ceiling closet.,The room smells musty like people smoking in the room.

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was spacious and with clean towels and sheets. The toilet's exhaust fan was not working, we told the reception to have it fixed on Day 1 but no one came. The room was also not cleaned for the entire stay although we asked them to have it cleaned. No other issue with the shower and lighting.
Beware of cockroaches though. And if you have heart conditions, just use the stairs (and don't use the lift).

They are in the mid of renovation when im there, messy everywhere. No towel, no amenities, no drink water and public space are in mess. The bed quite comfy tho.
Location is quite nice, city centre , easy access by bus, many local restaurant, gym, pharmacy and bar around.
