Awesome location with a lot of we wanted to see within walking distance. Our apartment was clean, cozy and enjoyable. We had to pick the house keys from a different office 3mins by car away from the appartment.

What a fabulous apartment. Super spacious, bright and beautifully furnished. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff are amazing, they were attentive and timely, nothing was a problem. I would totally recommend this apartment to others.

Unsere Wahrnehmung:
- Lage: direkt am Sanssouci-Gelände und ca. 10min zu Fuß zum Brandenburger Tor
- Größe Aptm.: ca. 70qm; durch viele tiefe Schrägungen halt die angegebenen 42qm
- Helligkeit Aptm: gering; die meisten Fenster klein und rund oberhalb des Fußbodens, 3 davon unterhalb des Bettes bzw. hinter der Badewanne
- Beleuchtung: geringe Leuchtkraft//Leuchtleistung

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesen Serviced Apartments rundum genossen. Die Apartments sind modern, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Küche war vollständig eingerichtet, sodass ich problemlos selbst kochen konnte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit und die stilvolle Einrichtung – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar, egal ob es um Empfehlungen für die Umgebung oder kleine Anliegen ging. Die Lage ist ideal – zentral, aber dennoch ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend. Ich kann diese Serviced Apartments uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen, wenn ich in der Stadt bin! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Die Lage ist hervorragend: ruhig und dennoch zentral, sodass man die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt, wie das berühmte Schloss Sanssouci, in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Auch gute Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt!

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in der Villa Arnim. Unser Zimmer war ca. 40qm. Die Bettwäsche war angenehm, das Bad ganz neu, mit frei stehender Badewanne. Viel Tageslicht im Zimmer, das hat uns sehr gefallen. Ein großer Tisch für 4 Personen, Kühlschrank, großer Spiegel, für die Garderobe wichtig. Rundum zufrieden. Herrschaftliches Haus .

Schade
Das Gebäude war komplett eingerüstet und Bauarbeiter waren unterwegs, um die Privatsphäre zu gewährleisten waren den ganzen Tag die Vorhänge geschlossen. Nacht konnte man nicht mit ruhigem Gewissen die Fenster offen lassen wegen dem Gerüst. Fernseher war nicht in der Wohnung.

Das Apartment ist stylisch eingerichtet, sehr sauber! Leider vom Check in wieder 20 Minuten zu Fuß weg. Ich hätte mich über ein kühles Getränk im Kühlschrank sehr gefreut. Sehr hell ohne Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit, deshalb natürlich auch sehr warm im Sommer!

Absolutely magical! This villa is perfectly located right across from Sanssouci, and the spacious, beautifully designed rooms made our stay feel luxurious. The garden is a true hidden gem in Potsdam—so peaceful and enchanting. I can’t wait to return on my next visit!
