Schöne Lage an der Havel, ordentliche saubere Hotelzimmer und ein guter Service beim Frühstück. Aber die Rezeption ist leider selten besetzt so das man sich selber kümmern muss.

The air conditioning was set to the lowest setting (5 degrees) but didn't work at all. We had to sleep with the window open to "benefit" from the 21 degrees at night, which was also louder. There were small cobwebs behind the curtains and an unpleasant smell in the room entrance. The carpet was very stained. Contrary to the description, there was no minibar in the room (apparently not the hotel's responsibility). The bathroom was clean (but the shower dispenser was empty). The bed was good and comfortable. The breakfast for €15 was also extensive and good (unfortunately only 1 coffee machine). We had a deluxe double room for €105 (with discounts) but €70 would have been more appropriate.

We have known the hotel since it opened. It is run on wear and tear and is trying to get the maximum price because it has become expensive everywhere in Potsdam. The carpet in the room is worn out beyond anything tolerable. You shouldn't pay extra for breakfast, it's very basic. Staff have very different motivations.

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, eine Renovierung täte hier sicher Not.
Unser Zimmer war ganz okay, das Bad naja und der Fußbodenteppich schmutzig-für den Preis kann man wirklich etwas mehr erwarten
Frühstück war in Ordnung und konnte man für 15 EURO an der Rezeption nachbestellen.
Sehr nah zum Zentrum und sehr schön an der Havel gelegen. Im Hotel gibt es keine Bar, aber dafür gleich vor der Tür eine Strandbar und auch ein richtig toller Italiener. Fazit: Wenn man ein paar Abstriche macht und über einige Sachen hinweg guckt, ist das Hotel ganz i.O.
Sehr nette Mitarbeiter in jedem Bereich.

We booked suite double room with Bath tub and minibar with balcony as is in the picture. We got a normal double room with no bath tub, no minibar, no balcony. Be careful.
