All of our expectations were met

I stayed at Comfort Inn Aikens Center from June 5th to June 7th, 2025, and it was a wonderful experience from the start. I am a local who was looking to use the pool for a few hot days and did extensive research before choosing this property. There were many other options in the area, and I am very fortunate to have decided to stay here. The Night Shift Front Desk Manager very graciously permitted me to check in early. On arrival, I was accommodated immediately by Jessi, the Day Shift Front Desk Manager. From then on, my stay was exceptional. The property is in a prime location, close to several full-service and fast-food restaurants, and just minutes from the I-81 exit for traveler convenience. Several of these restaurants are within easy walking distance. I found the immediate surrounding area to be quiet and calm. My room was clean and attractive, as was the rest of the property. The bed was just as good as the one I use at home, and I loved the abundance of pillows supplied on each bed. Everything about the room and bathroom was more than satisfactory to me, and I could tell that the housekeeping staff took pride in their job. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and an outstanding value, especially for families. A family of four would pay $50 or more for an equivalent breakfast at any local restaurant at any time of year. I enjoyed eggs, sausage, a bagel, and biscuits and gravy during my stay. The breakfast offerings also included cereal, waffles, juice, muffins, pastries, and coffee or tea. This is an unbeatable bargain. The hotel's seasonal outdoor pool, which was the main reason I chose to stay at this hotel, was sparkling clean and well-maintained. For two days, my family and I had the opportunity to relax in a comfortable setting. The area surrounding the pool was comfortable, and I enjoyed visiting the lobby frequently to enjoy complimentary coffee, ice water, and sweet iced tea while my family and I relaxed by the pool. I can't say enough good things about the hotel staff during my stay. Every staff member, from the desk managers on each shift to the extraordinary housekeeping ladies, the kind lady who prepared breakfast, and the maintenance engineer, was approachable and committed to providing excellent customer service. Several staff members asked me during my two-day stay if I needed anything or how I was enjoying my stay. That makes a genuinely positive difference in customer satisfaction. Thank you all. This hotel represents the reason why Choice Hotels brands are my first choice for any hotel stay, wherever I go, and I am proud to be a Choice Privileges Rewards Program member. The complimentary breakfast, the pool, and, above all, the staff's customer service commitment at this hotel are just a few of the reasons I will be glad to stay here again.

Excellent and clean! We stayed at Comfort Inn and Suites Aikens Center 4-11 -4-13-25. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Our king bed room was clean and comfortable. Lots of space! Towels were soft and plush. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage gravy and biscuits, as well as waffles that you make fresh, yogurts, breads, danishes, etc. It was nice having protein available for breakfast to get the day off to a great start. Coffee, and hot water too. Room temp was good. Quiet. Location is central to everything you could need. We have stayed there before and would not hesitate to stay again!

Perfect place to stop on my road trip. Easy access to the highway.

Great staff The staff was wonderful! The hotel was nice and clean. I would recommend staying.

This is a great property certainly for the price. The staff were extremely friendly. There’s a bit of a drive to dine anywhere decent but a new restaurant going in across the street which should be fabulous.
