Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido, accogliente, pulito albergo, nel centro storico di Potenza. Camere eleganti e spaziose, dotate di arai condizionata e frigo, arredate con una raffinatezza di altri tempi. Antonio, la moglie Francesca e la signora Giusy che prepara le colazioni sono stati super attenti nel dare consigli su cosa visitare e persino per cercarci tramite conoscenti un alloggio a Maratea, quasi impossibile verso la fine di Agosto. Il soggiorno fornisce anche la colazione. Ottimo il rapporto qualità- prezzo

The owner also has a small pub close to the hotel (100 meters away) which was very good and she offered us free snacks. Amiable staff. The lady who manages the hotel was very helpful. Very meagre breakfast

Hotel sobre evaluado. Por la noche no hay receptión. Entrada del hotel super pequeña. Habitación pequeña, tv pequeño. Calefacción ruidosa. Tacaños con los articulos de aseo. Lo unico que me gustó ha sido la cama y la tranquilidad. Desayuno malo. No volveré

Abbiamo trascorso in questo hotel in pieno centro a potenza un weekend davvero piacevole. La posizione è ottima e il parcheggio convenzionato molto comodo . Camere arredate con gusto e super pulite. la disponibilità del personale è eccezionale.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte mio marito ed io presso questo Hotel. Accoglienza , attenzione e cura per il cliente, camera spaziosa e pulita. Parcheggio a due passi dall’hotel così come ristoranti, bar e servizi vari. Torneremo con molto piacere.

Comfortable, smaller rooms, but a cozy stay. The hosts and staff were very nice and helpful. Great location for market, restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. We were there in extreme heat and they were very helpful with adjusting and helping use the air conditioning.

Un hotel da consigliare.Camere pulite e personale gentile Comodo per posto auto da raggiungere con scale mobili a due passi . Colazione buona e varia dal dolce al salato il tutto in una saletta piccola e accogliente

I servizi minimi di un tre stelle sono vantati come "opzionali" dal proprietario che ritiene i disservizi dell'hotel un difetto piuttosto dei clienti incapaci di uniformarsi alle carenze dei servizi e della struttura che considera "casa sua" anche se a pagarla siete voi. La gestione reclami è affidata ad aggressioni verbali, ricatti, ripicche e se non siete soddisfatti basta pagare anche il servizio non ricevuto e le notti a cui rinunciate e potete andare via anche anticipatamente.

Accogliente e pulito. Il personale è gentile e premuroso nel risolvere eventuali problemi. La la struttura si trova in pieno centro, possibilità di parcheggio su strisce blu nei dintorni. Nessun problema se avete animale domestici al seguito, il nostro è stato ben accetto. È la seconda volta che ci torniamo e sicuramente ci torneremo. Consigliato
