Erstaunlich was für eine tolle Arbeit die Werbeagentur ‘ariescreative’ des Förstlerhof geleistet hat! Das muss man erst einmal hinbekommen (Website und Broschüre) - da kann man nur sagen: Chapeau!!! Der Fotograf Armin Terzer hat sich selbst übertroffen, denn die Bilder sind um einiges einladender und schöner als die Realität. Direkt an einer extrem lauten Durchgangsstraße gelegen, befindet sich das Hotel samt Wirtschaft. Von außen alles andere als einladend, überrascht der Förstlerhof mit einem renovierten Innenbereich. Die Gastwirtschaft war gut besucht und das Essen guter Durchschnitt. Für eine Nacht absolut okay, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt einfach viel zu laut. Zudem ist es ärgerlich, wenn der direkte Balkon Nachbar ein Raucher ist und man dem Gestank ausgesetzt ist.

Meine Bewertung bezieht sich lediglich auf das Essen und dem Service (Weihnachtsfeier) im Restaurant. Nachdem ich dem Chef telefonisch mitgeteilt hatte, daß ich mich vegan ernähre, sagte mir dieser, daß dies kein Problem sei. Beim Bestellen, sagte mir man dann, man wäre nicht auf vegane Küche ausgerichtet (wir schreiben das Jahr 2024). Mir wurden lieblos zubereitete, verkochte Spaghetti mit einem Klacks (Pizza)Tomatensoße gebracht. Die Nudel waren trocken und einfach nicht lecker. Man fühlt sich als Mensch mit alternativen Essgewohnheiten nicht willkommen und nicht ernst genommen. Nie mehr.

Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war super freundlich. Es gab immer ein Lächeln. Bei Fragen zu Ausflügen gab es wertvolle Tipps. Lage des Hotels super, ruhige Gegend, trotzdem mit dem Bus vor der Haustür in 15 Minuten in Meran mit dem kostenfreien Ticket.

Ottimo albergo tre stelle superiore tutte meritatissime. Stanza semplice, carina, pulita e confortevole. Colazione varia e abbondante sia dolce che salata. Cena al ristorante dell'hotel veramente più che ottima. Punto a favore anche le piscine e l'area wellness.

Sehr angenehme Unterkunft, tolle neue renovierte Zimmer. Sehr schöner Pool-Wellnessbereich. Restaurant war gut. Uns fehlte es ein wenig an Aufmerksamkeit sowie herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Weiter in Burgstall sehr ruhig und nicht viel los, jedoch praktisch da zwischen Bozen und Meran und mit Rad alles sehr gut erreichbar.

Sono stato x lavoro in questo hotel ma devo dire che le strutture con lo stesso livello di stelle sono molto superiori. Aria condizionata che funziona malissimo materassi del letto con tutti bozzi asciugamani nel bagni vecchi e sfilacciati camere moto vecchie. Super Hotel! Schöne grosse Zimmer! Halbpension riesige Auswahl man konnte mit a la Carte Gerichte ersetzen und es wurde uns jeder Wunsch erfüllt! Nachmittags am Pool wurden Getränke und Desserts serviert ! Sehr nettes Personal ! Gratis Einstellhalle! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
