Das Hotel Muchele ist uns mittlerweile fast ein zweites Zuhause. Es gibt wirklich an gar nichts etwas auszusetzen. Jede Ecke ist sauber und das ganze Haus liebevoll gepflegt und auf dem neuesten Stand. Alle, wirklich alle Mitarbeiter sind kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man merkt ihnen an, dass sie sich als Teil der Muchele- Familie verstehen und dort gerne arbeiten. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, die Gerichte liebevoll ausgesucht und zusammengestellt. Die Weinkarte und die dazugehörige Beratung sind unglaublich. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen, bis auf die Kronleuchter in der Tiefgarage vielleicht ;-)

Anlässlich des 70. Geburtstags meiner Mutter verbrachten wir eine paar wunderbare Tage hier. Ich hatte das Hotel nicht ausgewählt und selbst eigentlich einen anderen Favoriten. Was uns dann jedoch beim Aufenthalt erwartet hat, widerlegte jegliche Zweifel. Ich war selten in einem Haus in dem man so freundlich empfangen wurde! Obwohl wir noch nie zuvor zu Gast waren, fühlten wir uns 5 Minuten nach Anreise als wären wir jahrelange Stammgäste. Bei absolut jedem Mitarbeiter spürte man wie Gastlichkeit bis ins letzte Detail gelebt und geliebt wird! Das Hotel selbst lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen: Zimmer, Restaurant, Wellness Bereich - alles liebevoll bis ins letzte Detail durchgestylt. Absolutes Highlight war dann das 7-Gang Dinner am "Kuchltisch"- direkt in der Küche von Patrick Holzner. Hier sollten mal die Tester von Michelin & Co vorbeischauen - absolut Sternewürdig! Es war der erste aber definitiv nicht der letzte Besuch in diesem Haus!!!

Könnten wir 10 Sterne vergeben, würden wir es tun. Nicht nur wir sondern auch unser Vierbeiner haben uns Pudelwohl gefühlt. Wir waren das erste mal im Muchele und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an das gesamte Team das mit geld nicht zu bezahlen ist

Es gibt viele Hotels, die Wert auf Design legen und daher stylisch eingerichtet sind. Also eine schöne Hülle haben. Weltweit gibt es jedoch nur wenige Hotels, die nicht nur Design-Highlights sind, sondern gleichzeitig Top-Service, Top-Essen und spürbare Herzlichkeit, also eine Seele haben. Muchele macht genau das einzigartig. Die liebevollsten Gastgeber (Danke Hansjörg, Martina, Priska & Anna), wunderschönes Design, leckerstes Essen und wunderbare Menschen die dort arbeiten. Jeder versucht zu jedem Zeitpunkt einfach alles, damit die Gäste eine wunderbare Zeit verbringen können. Genau die hatten wir. Mehr geht nicht. Wir kommen wieder :)!

Abbiamo soggiornato per qualche giorno in questa struttura. Tutto eccezionale, appena arrivati sono venite personalmente a presentarsi le proprietarie, gentilissime e con un approccio molto piacevole. L’hotel si presenta molto bene, soprattutto pulito (cosa non scontata anche per hotel di questo livello), ottima la cucina i piatti si mangiavamo prima con gli occhi , belli e buonissimi. Avendo un bimbo di 9 mesi tutte le sere a cena mi cuocevano la pastina. Camera spaziosa, minimale, con tutto il necessario. Che dire, ci siamo sentiti coccolati.

An amazing unique hotel in the most beautiful setting. It was our second visit there with our young children and it was their request to go back! The rooms are spotless and very comfortable, the decor is outstanding and so is the food. It has it all, swimming pools, a tennis court, a lovely spa and an amazing restaurant and wine cellar. The location is also very convenient as it is just off the highway and all the surrounding pretty villages are easy to reach. Everything just moves at its own pace at the Muchele, so if you can do it... go for it! We look forward to returning.

Wir hatten als Familie 6 Erwachsene, ein "fast" Erwachsener wunderbare und unvergessliche Tage im Muchele! Die Atmosphäre ist wunderschön, die Gemütlichkeit von Südtirol mit italienischem Flair, das Essen hervorragend (leichte, leckere Küche ), die auch bei 30 Grad schmeckt. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen!! Aber auch die Events (Disco am Donnerstag Abend, Ausstellungen im Hotel) sind tolle Highlights. Wir empfehlen auch unbedingt die Weinprobe zu buchen!

Wir reisten mit zwei Kindern/Teenagern (11 und 16) für zwei Wochen durch Südtirol und durften neben so traumhaften Hotels wie dem Chalet Mirabell und der Adler Lodge Ritten erstmalig auch im Muchele zu Gast sein. Was sollen wir sagen? Wir sind schockverliebt! Die unglaublich warmherzige, fröhliche und persönliche Art aller Mitarbeiter:innen ist wirklich sehr besonders und einzigartig. Für Designliebhaber ist das Hotel ein wahr gewordener Traum. Wir lieben es, wie das Drinnen und Draußen ineinander fließen, die verschiedenen Pools, der Getränke/Snack Service am Pool, -es ist einfach nur wunderbar. Man möchte sich eigentlich fünf Mal amTag an einem anderen kuscheligen Ort im Hotel Muchele niederlassen, weil es einfach überall so so schön ist. Alle Mahlzeiten werden, -sofern das Wetter es erlaubt, auf der schönen Terrasse eingenommen und die Qualität ist absolut top. In diesem einzigartigen Haus kommt einfach zusammen, was zusammen gehört und das gilt neben dem tollen Team irgendwie auch für die netten, entspannten Gäste. Familie Schürmann sagt DANKE. Wir kommen ganz bald wieder:)

When we arrive at the hotel we have the impression of being home in a large family property. Warm welcoming. We were in the main building with a view of the mountains and the first swimming pool. The room is modern. The terrace area is large but thanks to the sophisticated decoration there are plenty of small and intimate corners. It also offers games near the bar (baggamon, cards, chess, etc.) so you feel like you're at home.There are garden areas with chairs near the trees. It's so cosy. There are two magnificent swimming pools. The SPA is very beautiful and the reading/silent room is beautiful. For Art's lovers it is interesting and modern. Beautiful works everywhere. Like in a big house. The breakfast buffet is magical. Magnificent table with a great chef. Delicious. We feel good in the « apple fruits « region. AC works well - rooms all facing south. The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom. Minimalist and cold and not enough lighting..
