Definitely one of the most beautifully decorated hotels in Italy. But not very user friendly. After a first night in a very noisy room under the restaurant, I was upgraded to a gorgeous 2 bedroom suite with a private pool. Very kind of them, but surprised that a hotel of this level and expense doesn’t have a pool for all their clients. Only certain suites. The food and service were adequate, but nothing special. The layout confusing.

If I could put a 0 start rating for this hotel I would! The biggest waste of money I’ve ever experienced! Firstly the staff were terrible! They were arrogant and rude and could not be less of service if they tried! They charged an extra 250 euros just to place and extra bed in the room even though we had spent 30k already for 3 day for the room! Not accommodating to kids even though they say they do, nothing for them to do at all! Room service menu had 7 items on the list and breakfast in the morning was only croissants and yoghurts, Not to mention you had to wait over 20minutes for a drink or an ice cream! Electric kept cutting on and off ! Extremely loud knocks at the door also sometimes they would just try to open the door without knocking! Overall this hotel is not worth the price they are charging unless you want to pay over 6,000 euros a night for a nice view it’s a Big disappointment!!

Villa Tre Ville e’ autentica, raffinata, elegante , romantica, affascinante, glam, Villa Tre Villa è una splendida signora senza età . Una sorpresa ad ogni passo. Ma soprattutto unica. Una meravigliosa casa in cui ti senti in famiglia. Il giardino incanta. Serena, Costanza, Luigi, Vincenzo e il team del Maestro …tutti loro rendono tutto così piacevole … I ragazzi del beach club così riservati sorridenti e disponibili … Poi c’è lei : Mei … una trasfusione energetica di benessere. Si sente il cuore di chi ne ha cura e la straordinaria passione di chi la guida Villa Tre Ville ha l’anima contagiosa.

Just, wow. We came here as the first stop on our honeymoon and from the moment we stepped onto the property at Treville, the service was 11/10. The property is stunning, food and drinks were incredible, and the location is perfect to enjoy the views while being a step away from crowded downtown Positano. Special shoutout to Rafaelle and the staff at Maestros for the most pleasant dining experience every time we walked in the door. This place was our favorite of the trip!

This hotel, its furnishings and grounds, is only comparable to heaven. Treville is quite simply out of this world. Positano is a beautiful place and this hotel crowns it. What really escalates it above others is the people that care for it and for those that visit. They are extraordinary with people, with their work, and with life. We were very pleased.

The most beautiful of settings, absolutely stunning. At each turn there is a beautiful site to see. The staff are so kind, attentive and truly seem to enjoy their job. This is a true historic gem as it was Franco Zeffereli’s home. The attention to detail is second to none. The chef is exceptional making each meal a memorable occasion. The sommelier recommended excellent pairings of wine for us. We ended up trusting his judgment and selection completely. Our breakfast which was included, was carefully attended by Rafaeli who helped us with our particular needs. Feels like you are staying in a very good friend’s exclusive home. We can’t wait to come back.

Villa Treville is amazing, unique, fun, chic, one of a kind, beautiful, historic, and exclusive. We were lucky to get a few nights on the books. It is a small resort which allows for perfect and responsive customer service to all clients. They took care of all of our needs from transportation to reservations. There is also a private Treville boat shuttle service to take you to other cities or out to your yacht. The restaurant is fantastic. The chef is on site all day long. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The ambience is truly electic. I have truly never stayed anywhere quite like this. It’s a beautiful property. I did I mention the tunnels and elevators? Yep, have fun!
