I wanted to make good memories for my mom in Positano, but the price of accommodation in Positano goes up in May, so I was worried about making a choice. I chose a clean accommodation that seemed to be in good condition for the price, and I am very satisfied.
Part of the house has been converted into a bed and breakfast, so I would like to recommend it to those who do not have a luxurious feel, but like a cozy home feel.
Also, breakfast is 10 euros, and you can experience fresh fruit and cappuccino grown by the owner. Yogurt and apples were delicious.
However, because the accommodation was cheap, it was difficult to get around for the first time.
On Google Maps, the Positano Circular Bus traffic information is not displayed in real time and it says to walk, but walking is too difficult, so be sure to take the Circular Bus. Then, we will stop you in front of the accommodation.
There is a porter service attendant wearing tabaki and blue clothes near the Positano ferry dock. As soon as you arrive at Positano dock, leave your luggage with porter service first.
If you buy a circular bus ticket at nearby Tabaki for 1.3 euros and tell them the name of your accommodation, the circular bus driver will signal where to get off. (Everyone is from the village, so they all know the name of the accommodation).

Villa Celentano has a nice location, but unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The furniture is old and the room felt outdated, which made the price feel unreasonable. We had an issue with ants in our room, and my wife even developed a rash due to a reaction. Because of this, we decided to leave after the first night (we had booked for 3). However, we were refused a refund and they declined to call a taxi for us, leaving us to carry our luggage down multiple stairs and walk 20 minutes to the bus station. Overall, not the experience we were hoping for.

Great location and Very Clean.
Great stay with Maria and family. Place is very clean and can tell they have a lot of pride in their business.
It was really hot by the air conditioning kept up and they have a machine for small amounts of ice which is rare in Italy and a nice treat at the end of a hot day.
The walk up and down the hill is no joke, 600 plus steps but we took the road every day up and down which was easier plus shopping, great restaurants, and all the Instagram photo locations along the way.
There is a local bus every 30 minutes nearby but we chose to walk/climb.

Maria and Raphael and Angelo and Anna were wonderful. The whole family were attentive to our every need and were so kind and accommodating. They met us at the gate and Angelo and Raphael helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Very helpful. I would advise anyone coming to Positano to try the Porter system to transport their bags up to their hotel, if it is in a higher location. It is delightful to have the view, but difficult getting the luggage there, especially on the narrow streets. Otherwise this is a wonderful place to stay, with wonderful hosts and a great breakfast and view. Loved our stay

Maria and her family were very welcoming, nothing was a problem. Maria was very informative about everything we needed to know. I would highly recommend staying here. We had a beautiful room with an amazing view. They also provided a great selection for breakfast. Thank you Maria and family
