Inizio con il dire che se si potessero dare più stelle, le meriterebbero tutte!! Cura, gentilezza del personale, piccoli dettagli sono le caratteristiche che contraddistinguono l’ hotel ristorante Donatella. Appena arrivati faceva molto caldo, quando siamo stati accompagnati alla nostra camera, al suo interno c’era il clima acceso con una temperatura bella fresca. Un dettaglio che mi ha particolarmente colpita perché non è scontato. Quindi partiamo alla grande! Abbiamo deciso di mangiare a cena nel ristorante. Che dire, qualità e freschezza del pesce ottima, piatti veramente buoni!! L’attenzione, la gentilezza e la cortesia del maître di sala e della cameriera più giovane impeccabile. Complimenti a tutto lo staff per l’ottimo lavoro che svolgono! Sarò molto felice di ritornarci. Lo consiglio!

Cortesia, gentilezza e professionalità sono le prime parole che mi vengono in mente per descrivere quest’ottimo luogo adatto sia per dormire che per mangiare. Cena a base di pesce più che perfetta, con piatti veramente di qualità e una grandissima attenzione da parte di tutto lo staff che si è dimostrato fin da subito molto cordiale nei nostri confronti. In particolare il maître che ha dimostrato di svolgere il suo lavoro in modo impeccabile. Consiglio vivamente!

Abbiamo soggiornato in Hotel 11 notti e devo dire servizi impeccabili, personale molto cordiale e simpatico. La colazione abbastanza abbondante a buffet, tutto molto buono anche la zona comunque molto tranquilla si trova a pochi minuti da tutte le spiagge più conosciute di san teodoro, e comunque merita anche la spiaggia di posada. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante invece ci siamo stati non molto, ma devo dire molto ma molto buoni tutti i piatti siamo più o meno riusciti ad assaggiare tutti i piatti e devo dire molto buoni e freschi, la pizza molto buona anche quella, consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui o comunque anche solamente passare per una cena pranzo ecc..

Sono andata a cenare con un’amica nella settimana di ferragosto. Mettete in conto che ovunque andate, aspettate almeno 40 minuti prima di mangiare. Siamo state accolte immediatamente con tanta professionalità e gentilezza. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo!!!! Non ho speso quasi nulla!! Carne ottima e dolce super! Ci sono localini che si atteggiano a super locali, facendo piatti minuscoli e conto grosso! Super consigliato!!! Tornerò sicuramente!

Mah... Camere basiche(un po' spartane)ma abbastanza grandi. Pulizie giornaliere. -Cosa molto brutta sono tutti gli odori della cucina arrivano in tutte le camere al piano sopra di essa. Noi appena arrivati in camera sentivamo puzza di pesce...ma era mattina e non capivamo. La sera poi.. puzza di cozze,pesce fritto,carne ecc..assurdo. abbiamo dovuto mettere x tutta la settimana,un asciugamano ai piedi della porta che andasse un po' a tappare.ma ha funzionato poco. Ogni volta che rientravamo in camera, c era questa puzza assurda.abbiamo portato tutti i vestiti l'ultimo giorno, alla lavanderia accanto all' hotel. -Letti un po' scomodi. Soprattutto perché cuscini che sembrano ostie (portatevi il vostro). Altra cosa, il cibo è abbastanza buono ma x 120 euro al giorno in mezza pensione mi aspettavo di più.avevamo un Menu completamente diverso e molto basico rispetto a chi veniva da fuori e non alloggiava in hotel. È un ristorante che ha ottime recensioni specialmente se si prende il pesce.ma noi che ci dormivano anche, la pasta che ci servivano aveva solo il profumo...ma di dire "ho mangiato il pesce", No. C era sempre o l orata o altri pesci simili grigliati. Su 7 sere,mai che avessero inserito nel menù una frittura mista di pesce, o insalata di polipo o robe cosi. Contorni sempre patatine fritte o insalata. Colazione, torta della nonna e crostata alla marmellata. Qualche cornetto e poi tanta roba confezionata . Il personale però è top. Voto..5.. ha influito molto la puzza che abbiamo dovuto subire In camera x 8 giorni..meglio un b&b e si va a mangiare alla Caletta a 5 minuti di macchina e con tanti localini

La prima notte abbiamo dormito male a causa dei materassi singoli uniti, ma poi sono stati così gentili da cambiarci materasso e siamo stati bene. La camera viene rifatta ogni mattina, tutto molto pulito. La porta-finestra che dà sul terrazzo non è molto isolata quindi si sente un po' di rumore. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata dato che nel corso del nostro soggiorno (6 notti) abbiamo trovato le solite 3 torte, mai viste le brioches alla crema e al cioccolato. Comunque un soggiorno piacevole con il personale sempre a disposizione.
