Motel 6, Portsmouth upon check in we noticed RM toilet had problems flushing. Water exploded from Toilet. Then toilet overflowed all over my feet at 530 AM I apprised the Customer Service Desk. They gave me a different room. Door would not Open,key card green. Door off hinges. Returned to CSR CSR did not believe me when I told him the door would not close! . Assigned a new room ,. After CSR "discovered " that the door was broken New Room Toilet had very low H2O pressure. Sink had very low H2O pressure. We Apprised CSR @1 AM ,took the Elevator. Elevator door would not open at 3rd floor. Pushed the Bell Button no response. No one cared! Elevator descended, a little, door stuck. And Elevator floor number indicator blinking. Elevator stuck. We were Trapped! CSR REFUSED call box calls 3x's. I made a total of Call Box --Calls 6 x's. CSR at 4th call tried the elevator button. We shouted we were trapped. CSR did not respond. Called from Call Box again, Apprised CSR that we were still trapped. CsR said, "oh you are still in the elevator. " I responded with a YES! CSR hung up on me. We waited I called again, CSR asked if we were still in the Elevator!!!! I responded with We are stuck in the Elevator. Please call the Fire Department. 2 hrs CSR finally called Portsmouth Fire Department. At that point 2 hrs had passed. The Fire Department arrived. Tried to open the doors, had to cut the power. We were rescued through the elevator hatch! We seriously were concerned we would have to rescue ourselves with any support. The CSR at the front desk accused me when I called the 3rd time of "playing a prank!!!!!!!!!" At that point we had been trapped on the elevator for over 30 minutes. When we finally returned to our room, the Toilet would not flush. I had to go to the Front Desk again, for ANOTHER Room Change. At this point I also requested a refund. I was offered $30! Are You Serious! I will never, Ever. EVER, EVER. EVER stay at a Motel 6 again. This was the worst Hotel Experience ever! I was told that a refund of $191 for 1 night stay after calling the Motel 6 the main Customer Service Hub. They told me I had to call Motel 6 Portsmouth with my card info to be issued a refund. When I called Motel 6, Portsmouth the CSR had no idea what I was talking about. I was given an email to the General Manager oif the Mote; 6, Portsmouth, NH.
