My mom walked into this place & wanted to cancel her reservation right away! This place is terrible! As soon as you walk in the receptionist looks scared & wont come out from behind the bulletproof glass. When trying to go downstairs to the car there were people using ***** & blocking the walkway. It was really loud & the bed smelled like pure urine! The beautiful pool we saw in their website wasn’t there. There was a very small pool that was dirty & out of order! The place is scary & dirty!! Runnnnn away!!!

This place is a dump. The room was gross. Paint peeling from the walls. It smelled like smoke. There was NO HOT WATER!!! Not a good place to stay even for the price. Awful experience.

The door didn’t even have working locks. The area is full of intoxicated people. At some point there was a man knocking on every door. We will NEVER stay here again.

Worst place in Virginia The staff was extremely rude. The property was disgusting!! We were put in a room that hadn't been cleaned, when we complained about it we were handed 'clean' sheets and told to clean the room ourselves. We were never given clean towels or a blanket. I wouldn't recommend this place for anywhere
