Hôtel discret, chambre spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Wifi partout. Nuits tranquilles. Vue imprenable sur la Mer des Caraïbes et sur Portsmouth. A proximité des bus pour Roseau et Portsmouth. Cuisine délicieuse et surtout personnel très accueillant. J'y retournerai !

Hotel The Champs is een top uitvalsbasis om Dominica te verkennen. Eigenaren Lies en Hans (Nederlanders) zijn heel gastvrij en het personeel maakt lekker eten en zorgt dat de boel goed verzorgd is. Lies adviseerde ons goed rond waar heen te gaan, duikschool en andere activiteiten en helpt met het leggen van contacten. Onze hotelkamers waren groot, heel netjes, modern en comfortabel. Voorons voelde het als thuiskomen. Ook als restaurant een aanrader, het is best zoeken naar goede eetgelegenheden op Dominica.

Een onvergetelijk verblijf bij Hans en Lise. Lise moest vlak voor onze aankomst uit Martinique nog wat boodschappen doen in Roseau. Zodoende kwam ze ons ophalen van de veerboot. Net als in andere reviews veel lof voor de gastvrijheid, de mooie kamer, het uitzicht en het eten. Vooraf doorgegeven dieetwensen waren geen probleem. We kwamen voor een speciale gelegenheid naar Dominica. Hans en Lise begeleidden ons alsof we familie waren. Ze brachten ons in contact met interessante mensen en hielpen ons het eiland verder te verkennen.

My family stayed for one night. Clean and comfortable accommodations, delicious breakfast and fantastic pool for family! Staff were very helpful and warm. My children also enjoyed playing in our spacious room, which included a daybed. We plan to return soon.

This is a fully equipped, yet small and unique hotel. It is on a bluff with the best views: rainbows over the ocean in the morning and sunsets that will blow you away in the evening. The rooms are comfortable with everything you need. The pool is perfect. The staff are amazing. The restaurant has great breakfast, drinks, and dinners. They will also help you to accomplish any island activities. I highly recommend The Champs!

We had a great time at The Champs Hotel in Portsmouth, Domininica. It was the right place to experience the whole beautiful Island. Wonderful view to the Ocean and very helpful people in Hotel The Champs. We came with our car to the Hotel, but you also can rent a driver with a car from there. There is much to do all around, or just relaxing. The next beach ist only about 4 Kilometers away.

The Champs provided great service. The room was comfortable with a nice balcony. The pool was clean and a nice place to watch the sunset. Meals were delicious and the complimentary breakfast was diverse and well prepared. We plan to return.
