The location is very good, right in the outlet of Gunwharf Quays, behind is the train station (there are three train stations in Portsmouth. This is Gunwharf Station. Be sure to look carefully), and next to the train station is the naval base (with seven museums). The room is relatively clean. The breakfast is very good, served on time, and full English. The downside is that there is no hot milk, only cold, and it is placed in the small refrigerator. I hope to consider the eating habits of Asian guests and provide some hot milk. The stay coincided with Easter, and the price was high (1500+/night), but the hotel prepared an Easter egg hunt for children under 12 years old. The child was very active and found the second prize egg and won a box of chocolates. When checking out, a staff member told me that I could get a discount card at the front desk, and I could get 8-9% off for eating and shopping in the shopping center. I should have told the customers when I checked in, and I hope this can be improved. For the restaurants in the shopping center, if you like Chinese food, go to Pho, if you like Western food, go to Zizzi. The bed was moving constantly. Was on wheels with no breaks on. Very uncomfortable 2 night sleep.
We was told to put towels under the bed to stop it moving. I suffer with a bad back as it is and barely slept a wink all weekend. Absolutely awful!
