Poor nights sleep
Great location and a nice spacious apartment with a full kitchen. Unfortunately, the bed mattress seems very old and is very uncomfortable. The trains are a bit noisy, and ear plugs are useful, but the bed is what ruined our sleep.
Checkin was easy and the staff very helpful.

Pleasant stay if compare with hotel prices during the graduation season (doesn't mean its cheaper but more comfy, depending on your needs). Room was made available early due to early arrival. Room was presented nicely and clean-ish. Manager greeted us with a warm welcome and explained all the provided necessities (free wifi, laundry, parking, etc). Would recommend others to stay here as well 😃

The best choice ever!
Very nice place! I am so happy during staying this place. nice view, cozy rooms, convinient kitchen. It's perfect. Couldn't be better.

Good and bad
Good points and bad. The check in was excellent, a helpful young lady who showed us the apartment and didn’t bother us again until reminding us of the check out procedure. The apartment was very clean, spacious, well equipped and ideally placed to visit Gunwharf Quays. However, the apartment is ground floor and the blinds were broken meaning the inner apartment is visible to those outside. Also the noise from the foyer next to the apartment and that outside the windows drifted loudly into the accommodation. You expect some noise but this was excessive late in the evening or early in the morning. This wasn’t helped by men outside using pressure washers to clean the paving. Starting shortly after six am was not pleasant if you fancy a sleep in.

Okay place in a great location
Great location, spacious apartment. Needs some tlc and a refresh. Tin plates.replaced broken originals, melted spatula, weird stains on bedroom wall and carpet, shower head was so covered in limescale the water went in all directions and flooded the bathroom floor. Beds were a bit saggy and pillows either lumpy or like bricks. Parking is £15 a night.
