Super schönes Wochenende im Hotel verbracht. Im 6. Stock gewohnt, war ein 3Bettzimmer, sehr geräumig mit Blick auf See und Parkplatz. Es war ein Porsche und Ferrari Treffen im Hotel. Wunderschöne Autos, alte und neue, ein Spektakel 👍. Das Frühstücksbuffet perfekt, alles was das Herz begehrt.

Ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt! Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und alles sauber, ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Frühstück war super mit einer großen Auswahl. Insgesamt war die Atmosphäre im Hotel sehr entspannt und erholsam. Mein persönliches Highlight war die Massage bei Markus – die beste, die ich je in einem Hotel bekommen habe. Er ist super auf meine Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Insgesamt ein richtig erholsames Wochenende. Ich kann das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der eine Auszeit am schönen Wörthersee sucht!

Haben für einen Tag das Day Spa besucht. Hat mit Auszeit allerdings nicht viel zu Tun den ganzen Tag sehr laut da Handwerker über dem Saunabereich arbeiten zum andern sehr viele Kinder vor Ort die den Pool vor dem Saunabereich genutzt haben. Waren unter der Woche dort. Für den Preis wäre mehr Ruhe nett gewesen. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Alle waren bemüht, kompetent und freundlich. Ohne, dass wir darum gebeten hatten, wurde uns am nächsten Tag ein ruhigerer Tisch beim Essen organisiert, der noch dazu eine schönere Aussicht auf den Wörthersee hatte! Das Essen war sehr gut und die Weinauswahl ebenfalls. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön. Es gibt zwei Wellnessbereiche, wobei wir meist im Werzer Badehaus waren, weil da der beheizte Außenpool mit traumhaften Ausblick auf den angrenzendem See war. Es gab auch spezielle Aufgüsse in der Panoramasauna. In unserem Paket war auch die Kältekammer, die mein Mann begeistert in Anspruch nahm. Auch hier wurde uns alles kompetent und freundlich erklärt! Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt! Wir waren von Karsamstag bis Ostermontag hier. In Pörtschach war nicht viel los , deshalb haben wir die „Wörthersee Plus Card“ genützt und sind gratis mit dem Zug nach Velden und nach dem Besuch dort , viel günstiger mit dem Schiff zurück nach Pörtschach gefahren! Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Wir waren kürzlich in diesem Hotel in Österreich und leider enttäuscht. Das Personal wirkte gestresst und wenig serviceorientiert, was sich negativ auf die Atmosphäre auswirkte. Das Frühstück war nur Selbstbedienung, ohne persönliche Note oder Herzlichkeit. Die Einrichtung ist zwar funktional, aber ohne Charme – es fehlt dem Haus an Wärme und Gastfreundschaft. Insgesamt vermisst man den Spirit, der einen Aufenthalt besonders macht. Schade, denn die Lage hätte Potenzial. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Anständiges Hotel
Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und die zunächst unbemannte Bar wurde dann von einer ebenso kompetenten wie sympathischen Kärntnerin zum Leben erweckt. Alles sehr entspannt und sauber. Ein sehr ordentliches Bad. Wirklich gut so.
Doch bleibt es mir ein Rätsel, warum es immer noch Hotels mit Teppich im Zimmer gibt. Das ist qua Design dermaßen unhygienisch und unnötig.
Die Matratze des schmalen Bettes war hart und unbequem. Zwei kleine Betten waren zusammengeschoben, anstatt mir im eindeutig nicht stark gebuchten Hotel einfach ein normales Doppelbett Zimmer zu geben. Ich hatte nicht die günstigste Kategorie gebucht.
Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.
Urlaub könnte ich hier gewiss nicht machen, aber für einen Business Stay absolut in Ordnung abgesehen von der Matratze. Preis/Leistung war ok.
