This is a gem! Fantastic bed and breakfast. Brian was such an accommodating host. Nothing was too much trouble, and he shared very helpful information about the surrounding areas. The accommodation is immaculately clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Fantastic shower and comfortable beds. Breakfast is outstanding, with a choice of continental and an excellent cooked Ulster fry, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, fruit juice etc. Check in is also very easy. Overall the Brae Mar is faultless, and the best recommendation I can give is there is no doubt I would visit again.

Just spent one night bug was suitable for a few nights as there was a kitchen and seating with bedroom separate. We were able to wash some clothes. Easy access to town or routes on to other areas such as Londonderry

Fine for One Night
Stayed 2 nights. Room clean and tidy on arrival but not cleaned after first day. Beds not made up and coffee cups not washed or changed. Breakfast was adequate.

North West 200
stayed at brians B&B for 5nights During the NW200.
Location was on the track just up from metropole, really fast section, excellent viewing from the front garden.. breakfast was excellent and plentyful..
Room was nice and clean...overall a very good B&B...Brian was very helpful and couldnt go enough for you... would definitely go back.... highly recommended...

Brian was a lovely host, very friendly and informative about places to visit. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bit of a walk to town. Great base to explore north coast. Breakfast was nice although maybe a few more options might be nice. Plenty of parking on site.
