A good hotel, but the price is three times higher than similar ones. Accordingly, I do not recommend it, it is not clear why such an overprice.
The extractor fan in the bathroom works like a tractor, there is no shelf in the shower and a flexible hose for the shower - especially the shelf surprised, a penny thing.
The fireplace did not burn, and this adds coziness.

The environment is beautiful, located by the lake, the service is first-class, the hotel is very cost-effective, the Scottish sister-in-law in the restaurant can tell jokes, the cooking skills are first-class, pure Scottish cuisine, and the main dish is recommended for the main dish, Scotch lamb shank.

This inviting country house hotel sits in a wonderful centralized location from which to explore everything the Isle of Skye has to offer. As you come up the long drive to the hotel you can see Loch Snizort behind the stunning façade. We arrived later than expected and we were greeted by a lovely staff that was able to secure us a late reservation in the restaurant. My favorite thing about the hotel was that the guests had a place to sit next to a fire in the evening and read a book or chat with other guests.

This was my third stay at Skeabost, it is a lovely hotel, great service and food too. However I struggle to justify the cost of the small room we had .

Wonderful experience on the Isle of Skye while staying at the Skeabost House Hotel. It is a wonderful centralized location from which to explore everything Skye has to offer.
